I was very pleased, and relieved, with the level of service and the outcome I received. I had dropped and damaged an external hard drive storage device and was quite devastated. This company was recommended to me by a friend, and it turned out to be a solid choice.
I called them and the case manager was extremely helpful in explaining the steps involved and really took a lot of stress away from me. He outlined the next steps and made the shipping arrangements and sent along the necessary shipping labels. Pricing was clearly explained for the differing repair timeframes, and I opted for the 4-week turnaround.
A bit earlier than the expected time, they reached out to inform that their recovery efforts were complete. They provided info on how to conduct a remote viewing session with an agent, and I was so relieved to have a quick glance to see 99%+ of my files were recovered. After final payment was rendered, they quickly shipped my device back to me - a very happy and pleased customer.
I hope I never need such services ever again, but if so, they will be contacted and utilized without hesitation.

My hardrive crashed on my business computer. I had all my business files, photos, service manuals, .pdf documents...all of that gone. I was unable to retrieve my photos from an offline backup disk. I saw on the Net that PITS offered a recovery service. I sent them my disc and after a couple of weeks they managed to retrieve my photos. Very professional company.

I recently ran into serious issues with my SanDisk drive and was worried I had lost my important data for good. While searching for help, I came across PITS Data Recovery and decided to reach out. I’m extremely happy with both the service and the quick turnaround time, and I would highly recommend them to anyone facing similar issues.

They did recover my data. What I did not like is their pricing and business model felt a bit untruthful. They ending up being very expensive and you have no choice but to continue to pay the increasing fees once you engage. They accept credit cards for the initial payment, but all other payments have to be direct transfers. I would not use them again.

What made my experience great was Emma! Her professionalism and knowledge and explanation of the process made me feel confident that the data would be recoverable. And if it wasn’t, she assured me there would be no additional charges. Email updates and a phone conversation kept me informed up to the minute. The biggest asset was all correspondence being with the same representative throughout the entire process. And additionally helping me through the online process on the phone while I completed the initial application was tremendous. That to me was a huge plus. Kudos to PDR to be able to allow that to happen. I would recommend PDR to anyone who needs data recovery, and hopefully they get Emma as their agent!

wow! it started with a regular day sitting at my computer opening up my files on my USB - when my PC told me corruption has occurred!!! panic - long story short found PITS talked to real human! I sent my USB to PITS lab - they discovered the fault and quoted me price ( more than I expected however gave me a discount as first time user) - PITS Kevin and team had success!!! recovered ALL my saved word documents, PP, and pics that were lost on my corrupted USB!
