Very efficient and even though we ordered a chip reading cat flap we were advised by installer that maybe we should wait a while before picking up cat and putting her up to flap. She was a stray and quite nervous at moment. She is now using flap but without chip. Good advice as she may have been put off for good. Good job and very pleased

We were very pleased with the cat flap installation. It took a while from ordering to installation but John was very clear with communication when we contacted them and he went out of his way to bring forward the measurement appointment and fitting appointment. Very friendly and accommodating. We had researched a few different companies and most were in the same price region as pet flaps uk, but we were glad we went with pet flaps uk. We would use them again if we ever had need to.

They did a great job of the Cat Flap, pity about my brand new decking which was left with dozens of scratches / dents and scuffs. Despite sending photos/video of the damage, Pet Flaps won't accept liability for any of the damage.

Following some research, I found this company and initially spoke to John and Anna who were very helpful. Approx. 2 weeks from ordering to fitting. Kept updated via the customer portal throughout. Terry made contact and was very prompt in conducting the initial survey. Informed Terry that the catflap had been delivered and arranged the installation. Terry was professional, friendly and a tidy worker. I highly recommend this company. A word of warning, there are other companies with similar names so take care to pick this one. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with pet Flaps. Terry was a credit to them. At 1st I was meant to be having a glass fitted flap but this couldn't happen. This was no problem for Terry he made an alternative plan and sorted it striaght away. Even when I said I needed to reschedule due to electrical issues he assured me he would go ahead as planned and would ensure he brought his battery tools. Great customer service, in particular as we had a tricky wall / door set-up and we were able to come up with a great solution. Cat flap fitted by Josh who was professional and courteous and did a perfect job.

Found company online which is a bonus as such a niche requirement and service provided exactly what we needed to put a catflap through a solid wall. Took pictures, got quote and all sorted very quickly. Is all automated so got a bit nervous after paying 50% deposit it went quiet for a while but Josh turned up and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend.

Terry who carried out the installation was very knowledgeable and the job took no time at all. Very pleased with the final fitting.

Ordered and booked appointment online,they were able to advise which petflap which was appropriate by measurements and pictures, kept me updated with a customer portal.They sent the pet flap direct to my address and they passed my details on to the fitter who got in touch and made a suitable appointment for fitting. The fitter made a great job he had to make adjustments to the petflap and door due to the sizing of the door panels, but nothing seemed to much trouble, he made an excellent job .Thank you

Overall had a great experience with this. The turnaround time from ordering the cat flap and arranging the installation was very quick, we were kept in the loop with with updates and the customer service during installation was amazing.
Josh, who installed the cat flap, was very polite and insightful throughout the process, providing suggestions and working very quickly and efficiently throughout.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Josh came and fitted the Dog flap into a composite door, he explained everything that he was going to do and made sure I was happy with every stage. He did a fantastic job fitting the dog flap at a perfect height for my two Cavalier King Charles dogs. You could tell he took pride in his workmanship, even his siliconing around the flap to finish off was perfection! Throughout all the process was extremely professional. After accepting the quote the cat flap was delivered. Installation date was provided instantly. The cat flap was fitted by Josh who was very good in explaining full use of the cat flap and the procedure for microchip entry. Definitely recommend this service.
