Super easy process and went from having to open and close the window for the cat to get out to her catio, to now she can come and go as she wants!

The whole experience was very easy. From the pre-order questions answered via the fantastic documentation and when I had extra questions I reached out to the extremely knowledgeable Pet Flaps UK customer service team and they answered everything. Ordering and payment (half up front and the rest on completion) was easy too. Then having measurements done properly by the wonderful installation person (to make sure what I measured roughly was correct), to receiving the acrylic and cat flap, right through to the installation.

Ours was a tiny window so the glass was removed carefully by the installer and I have it safely stashed to swap back if we move the catio or for the next home owner. Acrylic was sent with a perfectly round hole to fit the specific clear cat flap I had ordered. Once installed it looks perfect and the cat only took a couple of days to get used to it and now she is loving it. If I ever need another cat flap installed into anywhere in my house I know who to contact, as Pet Flaps UK really were superb!

Very happy with the service from Pet Flaps UK. The quality of service and workmanship was excellent, and we were given really good advice on selecting the right product (we went with the Ranger Pet Door).

We were kept informed along the way, as the Ranger door is shipped from the US so there was a bit of waiting for delivery. Once it arrived, we were quickly scheduled in for installation and everything was done in a timely and well-organised manner.

The installation was into a composite door, and everything was carried out neatly and professionally. Russell, the installer, did a great job, was friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Even the dog approved of him :).

Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish and we’re really pleased with the result. Would happily recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to get my catflap installed more than a week earlier than originally expected.

The process was really easy to follow. Payment was easy - excellent customer service. Was recommended a Closer white dog flap appropriate to our door and size out dog was used to, as previously had a glazed one. The fitter was excellent in suggesting placement in the GRP door as it has moulding details. He even managed to get it low enough so we don't need a step inside for our dog as he has sight problems. The door is really good. He gave me some tips for preventing rain ingress. Price was good too.

Had my cat flap installed today.From start to finsh this company have been so helpful and the installer Josh did a lovely job and very helpful explaining instructions how to use the microchip flap.would definitely recommend this company if after cat flap being installed .mine was into a wall and very tidy job done Pet flap uk Thankyou

Very speedy responses when emailed or getting a quote. The person coming to fit the flap contacted us on the day, as we were told they would. Efficiently put the flap in.

My experience with Pet Flaps UK was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The glass they installed was visibly scratched, yet the company refused to properly acknowledge the issue. While they did send a fitter back to inspect it, I was told that if the scratches couldn’t be seen from around three metres away, they considered the glass acceptable—which is completely unreasonable.

Communication was also very poor. The manager was aggressive and unprofessional both over the phone and via email, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. There was no real attempt at customer service or resolving the issue fairly.

In the end, I had to involve Trading Standards, but unfortunately I wasn’t in a position to take the matter further legally.

Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they appear willing to install damaged products and dismiss legitimate concerns.

What amazing Job done .
Friendly on time but most of all good quality and value for money ,i have to say money well spent we have a very stubborn husky who will not come in from outside ,as soon aa we sit down he wants to come in ,having this pet flap is amazing ,at first he stood looking at it after few training sessions he cracked it ....life is so much easier .
I was skeptical about having hole in my door it looks fine and i can secure it at anytime .

I am very pleased with the cat flap fitted by Russell from Cat Flaps Uk. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the flap fits neatly into the patio door. My cat was happy to start using the cat flap straight away and we are both delighted that she is independent again. Would definitely recommend this company

Following a live mouse in the 10 year olds bedroom incident, I decided to invest in the Zeromouse catflap updgrade. I have to say that it's been installed (very quick and easy, I had to order an extra long USB cable but that was it) a week now, and has blocked SIX different attempts at bringing prey into the house (five mice, one bird).
It's been worth every penny, and is also fascinating to see how many other cats are looking through our catflap on a daily basis! (three most days)

Top company, excellent communication, installer came to measure, then came a few weeks after with everything, fixed it in less than an hour even fixed the door that wasn't closing properly, very recommended.

We purchased a Sureflap Petdoor Connect from Pet Flaps UK and arranged for their fitter to fit it into our kitchen door. Super pleased with the product - we now have the ability to monitor our cat’s movements, to remotely lock, unlock and curfew the door, prevent other cats from entering. Customer service from Pet Flaps was great. Fitter was professional and friendly. Recommendations all round.

The service was excellent! Glass and pet flap come separately. Our installer Jason was wonderful, came to measure first then installation on the same date as delivery of glass. He was quick and made sure everything was put back.

Was not sure what to expect as had phoned a couple of glaziers who gave me confusing information prior to finding petflaps uk. I was thankfully reassured that from beginning to end everything would be handled by them. I was quoted a very reasonable price for everything for the size of window I was wanting the installation in. And very impressed how quickly it was put in aswell as non intrusive my cats don't like people so not having someone upsetting their preferences for very long helped makes my life easier no sulking from them! All the staff in the office and installation guy josh all lovely and friendly and chatty. The cat flap is brilliant im very happy with everything would highly recommend well worth the money!
