Would have rated this company a “0” if that was an option. I did not receive my order so they said they shipped another one but it never arrived either. The automated email responses from “Mitch” were a joke. They refused to refund my money and there is zero evidence they actually shipped my order.

0 Stars..... This company is a fraud and their product is junk and if you used PayPal good luck trying to get a refund. I am currently going through a nightmare trying to get a refund and even mailed their junk back at an additional cost of 22.00 on top of the crap product and just received it back today RTS "Moved" from the address they told me to send it back to and I started a chargeback with my bank and will be following up with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If this pet belong had a zero I would definitely give them a zero. I spent 59.97 shipped it back and never received a refund , this company is a fraud and I have reported ,!!!!! I ordered a small harness received a huge harness . Please Beware

POS. Buckles are for strapping three times the size of what they use doesn't hold. Total POS waste of money. Runaway

Wasn't recieving harness. Tried to contact them with no success. Ordered same harness from Amazon and got it two days later. Then it came weeks later. Sent it back . Still unable to contact them. They have my money and the harness. BBB won't do anything because we don't know their address. If they are overseas then nothing can be done. It's ashame they can't be taken off the internet.

This company is a SCAM. Buyer Beware. I tried to return a harness that was too large for my dog even after using their guide for measurements. They refused to accept returns and I should consider donating the harness. Then they said they will deduct $19.95 for shipping and handling if they approve the the return. I sent 4 emails asking for a return address and they have refused to provide that information. Their website is definitely misleading (30 day money back guarantee is a joke) and there is no phone number to make a personal contact. I just lost $50 on a worthless harness.

It is another Scam Chinese company. This is the new version of product dumping. They create a website on Shopify pretend they are Canadian and sell horrendous products that then ship from China. You can’t cancel you can’t do anything. bEWARE. More Chinese scams. We need to move all manufacturing back or at least to our continent. Enough of China.

Harness runs too big. Add is misleading regarding personalization. Customer service is poor.

I purchased the Tactical No Pull Dog harness because my dog escaped once during a walk on a normal lead and harness and a friend recommended it as they use it for their dog. I love this product & i now feel confident walking my dog and there is no way she can escape from this harness plus I love the handle on it for extra control. Pet Belong shipped my product promptly and great communication. Thank you.

I would recommend this harness to anyone with a dog that pulls. If you use the front hook it really does slow the dog down. It took my dog a minute to get used to the harness but now he is so better on our walks.

(Also to mention that the harness itself won't stop your dog from pulling, it's a tool to be combined with proper training)

Absolutely disgruntled with A) the process of shipping/delivery B) THE WORST customer service. When I say the worst, it’s because the do not listen to your needs. I waited 40 days for my harness, and in the meantime lost my dog. I begged for a refund, but they didn’t even reply, just kept sending me tracking numbers; and their whole jargon of “it takes 45 days” blah blah blah… I said I would return the product as soon as it comes, and keep the personalized patches… still “here’s your tracking number”. Funny story… we are going on 2 months, and I STILL haven’t received the product! What a joke! I emailed again with “we can send you a replacement”…. DUDE… what part of my dog died, and I don’t want your product anymore didn't you understand the first time? I just wanted a refund, and move on. WORST company ever… I could buy locally and probably get a better product. If you want to waste not only your time and money, this is the company for you. 0/10

Just wanted to take a moment and give a review for the tactical vest I purchased from Pet Belong. I ordered the vest online and hit what I thought was "Large" but must not have, because as soon as I got the order confirmation it said I ordered a "Small". I panicked because I have a young German Shepherd and although he is not fully grown yet he will be soon and a small vest would not fit him. I immediately reached out to PetBelong Support and in just a few hours they responded and assured me the warehouse would grab a large and not a small.
That was absolutely correct as we got a large and it's perfect. I love the metal latches and the comfort straps and the ability to put multiple patches on it. He will grow into this vest a lot over the next 6 months. It looks great on him too. I highly recommend this company and this vest!

Their harness fit my dog nicely and seems to be really well constructed. I also ordered a name patch which had a typo but upon letting them know, they've. sent a replacement.

It took time to come (2 weeks) but I love it fits perfect and Rex looks sharp in it

We ordered a harness for our boy Bucky and it was a bit big on him, I guess their sizing chart run large. We contacted their customer service and they sent us a Medium size at no charge (good thing we purchased the warranty) and we've been using it for over a month now. Our boy loves it!

Do not use this website unless you want it to take forever to get your products...if you get them at all (I have read). They claim it's because of COVID, but the real reason is they are a Chinese company. Chinese processing and shipping is notoriously horrible. They do not list estimated deliveries for a reason. They ship from a Chinese warehouse. I have ordered from China before and they are the worst in logistics and delivery. I've even read plenty of horror stories of people not receiving the product at all. The website looks like a legitimate USA owned company and you assume the products will come from a USA warehouse. This is not the case. I would not have ordered anything if I knew it came directly from China, knowing the Chinese are horrible at shipping and delivery. They use an ultra slow shipper, Yun Express. Do avoid this "company."

I have ordered quite a few bits from this company and they are extremely high quality, good and fair price and my orders always come fast even though I am in a different country.

Currently in the thick of it. I ordered 2 harnesses, 1 for my gsd and the other for my greyhound/lab. Im used to things not fitting my greyhound properly since he has a thin frame but a bigger chest. His harness did not fit him, I mean he was incredibly uncomfortable. The harness did fit my gsd, but halfway into our walk, he stopped and I looked down to see the harness had completely fallen off on one side. For the remainder of the walk, the only way for the straps to stay on was if I tied them in knots. I emailed support@petbelong and they wanted me to provide pictures of both harnesses so they could, "Investigate the problem." I didnt provide pictures and sent them an email stating I simply need to make a return and need the return address as well as my refund. The products didnt get to me for 19 days and they want us to be patient, yet also state that they have a 30-day window for returns?? Im so disappointed. Hopefully, they provide me the return address and then I can get this taken care of.
