Always on time and always helpful

My order turned up really quick and for the harness and lead all I can say is I'm so happy with this the quality is excellent and looks so good on my dog we have been using it now for 2weeks and he has just about pulling all together it makes our works so pleasurable now and the lead really helps my shoulder I would highly recommend it to all my friends

Good quality harness made well however we had this on our dog on a dog run and came outside to the harness and dog run laying on the ground with no dog around. Harness was fully intact... upon further investigation found that the dog as long as there is tension on the harness he was able to back right out of it. It fit him fine I even tightened it as much as I could and tested and he was still able to back right out of it. Again good quality looks great but probably best only for walking dog or under supervision.

Harness arrived not to long after ordering. Ellie doesn't pull with the Harness on. She has gotten several comments about the patches and how she looks wearing the Harness. I would definitely recommend this Harness.

Customer service was prompt and professional. I have a medium to large sized dog and was unsure about sizing but customer service assisted me in ordering the correct size. The vest is well built and fits well, my dog cannot slip out of this ever! Love the leash too

Hi Steve, Mate this is the best harness I have ever used, and the new lead is fantastic also, my old harness had the front ring but didn’t work anywhere as good as this new one. My dog loves it also he can’t wait to get into it and start walking without the consent pulling.

The harness is good but if you have a big dog like i do a big german Sheppard it wont last long i thought it would be awesome until my dog ripped the d shape out of the front of the vest needs to be made way stronger than what ya do

After minutes of placing an order I requested a CANCELATION of which I got an immediate response acknowledging my request. The following day I got an offer of 15% off. I declined & immediately requested another CANCELATION. I just got notice that the item has been shipped! I am so disgusted with this company !

My first order my GS was in the middle of Large and medium size but leaning more large in most of his measurements. I ordered the large harness and it turned out to be too large in a few parts of the harness. I contacted Customer service and the were extremely helpful to fix my issue with the harness and all I had to pay was for shipping of the medium harness and was able to keep the larger harness either to donate or for me to keep.
Also the quality of the stitching and overall quality is outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Max is still a puppy and growing. I bought two of them. Great products. It does a great job on walks. Also, it looks good on him. Planning on getting some accessories to go with it.

The only reason I left a 1 star is to leave this message… I’m a homeless woman with a German shepherd and many donated for me to get this harness and it was ordered sent to a family friends house. On that day many packages were stolen including mine. PetBelong has done nothing to help me out and I have contacted the courier also. They keep giving me the round around and can’t resolve my issue. I’m alone with my dog and I really needed this harness and it’s unbelievable they can’t or won’t help me out. Don’t refund me but at least send it to me. I have nothing and it’s sad these days people are more worried about money. I lost everything and it wasn’t not my fault and this situation makes me not believe in human faith anymore

Old harnesses applied pressure to my dogs neck but my new tactical harness distributes the load evenly across his chest , he is a lot happier when i walk him now and combined with the lead it makes for enjoyable walks

The initial halter I ordered was too big for my dog - I let customer service know and they sent me the smaller size for the price of shipping. I will give the larger size to our local shelter. Wonderful and very friendly customer service

Very accommodating with a last minute order size change. (60 lb Staffordshire bull terrier fits a Medium) Shipping was fast. Unfortunately I had to return the item not due to product quality and return process was fair and easy. Product quality is durable and very well constructed and company responds quickly to support emails.

The team was very helpful in getting me set up with the right size equipment. My dog is right on the border between two sizes and it wasn't clear what would work.

The sizing chart directed me to order an XL however it was too big for my dog. Customer service was excellent handling this sending me a new size quickly.
The harness itself is a good material, stays put and my dog seems happy in it. It does seem that the straps adjust and loosen after a few wears but it’s easy to tighten.

I made a purchase on 3/23/26 for a “military grade harness” what I received was a thin cheaply made harness with plastic clips, I was shocked when the return address was China.
I sent them an email regarding the return request and received an email back stating what I purchased!! I sent many emails saying I know what I bought and I need to return this.
Then received another email stating they have a high volume of customers to be patient.
It has been over 2 weeks and still have not received my refund. I have never experienced such horrible customer service with any company than this one. I’m starting to think this is a fake site.

I was impressed with the quality. The material is great and I love it.
