Amazing customer support and response time after I made an error with my online order. The resolution was swift and most helpful!

I had an excellent purchasing experience, with the exception of the delivery time. I ordered on June 10th, 2023, and received on June 28th. I would have given 5 stars had the delivery time been reasonable. However, there was excellent communication from customer service regarding the journey of fulfillment on my order. The harness is the best one I have tried for my dog, and I have tried 3 others in the last 2 months. It is well constructed, strong materials, well-padded for my dog's comfort, and attractive. One suggestion; the company needs to supply a diagram of how to size it on your animal. I recommend the harness without hesitation. I also purchased some of the accessories which were worth it to me. Be prepared for a long fulfillment process.

So I ordered a size large and they refunded by purchase price minus shipping and said I could keep or donate the xl vest

We ordered a large harness because the pup we bought it for was at the top end of the medium. We could not tighten it enough so I asked for an exchange. They responded quickly. Yes we had to pay another 19.95$ for the shipping and handling but that was okay. They allowed me th donate the large one to a worthy charity which pleased us immensely. We chose the Humane Society as there is a great need at shelters due to overcrowding. We also have 2 grand puppies who have the harness and they are tremendous. Quality is excellent and also looks great.

Do not buy from this company!!! I made my purchase a month and a half ago and my items never shipped. They’re not US based and will provide tracking that will never show as actually shipped. I received two different tracking numbers while they gave me the run around. After asking for a refund for my purchase they tried hiding behind their 24 hour return policy. I ended up having to get my refund through Paypal. Do yourself a favor and order the same item from Amazon.

I ordered a harness and leash a few month ago. Harness is sturdy and I like the metal buckles up front. Seems very solid so far. The leash is great and truly does keep my dog from pulling. The leash clasp broke a bit ago, so I decided to email PetBelong. Not only did they respond the next day, but also sent me a new leash. Great customer service! I have recommended this company to many without any problems.

Great quality harnesses and EXCELLENT customer service. We originally purchased XL harnesses for our Malamute. But, turns out he didn't fill out the way we thought he would. Contacted PetBelong and they shipped out the next size down! We just had to pay shipping. We'll donate the XL harnesses to charity. Mitch (customer service) was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Just horrible. Ordered over a week ago. Received a confirmation email with tracking information for usps. USPS confirmed that the tracking number provided by this company was not a real tracking number. Contacted customer service, but was not helpful.

I had absolutely NO PROBLEM with my purchase. It was delivered within just a few days.

The sizing actually seems to run larger than I would have thought. I was afraid the medium size would be too small for my dogs. Instead, it turns out I had to buckle them down to the smallest size - which is actually okay, because they still have a little bit of growing to do.

What I really would have loved is to have instructions on how to re-size all of the straps and secure them properly so that my dogs were not tripping over the excess. It took me a few days (or maybe more like several weeks, LOL) to figure it out. But I finally got there! Otherwise, this would be a 5-Star Rating.

Still, the vests seem to be a good product & were delivered in a timely manner. As far as I can tell, I don't think there is any kind of "scam" is going on here and wonder about the people who think there is.

In the meantime, I really wanted to post this directly on the Petbelong website, but couldn't find a way to do that. So that was the only weird thing I encountered.

Top quality products. Comfortable and breathable for my Malinois. She has to wear a muzzle on walks. She would slip it off her head. With the Collar that came it no longer slips off. Perfect fit. Plenty of Velcro badges included

I couldn’t give zero stars. The shipment was good, but the harness FAR WAY TOO BIGGER , even with the measurements. I asked to change the medium size to small and mentioned that my dog was only 22lbs they asked to pay the shipping to change the size what I agreed but i just got back and the small size look like for a large dog, I don’t know if this people have clue what they are doing, the harness does look nice but if you have small or medium dog stay way from Pet Belong because will not fit, was wasting money big time!!!

I've ordered twice from Pet Belong. They supply the best harness for big "working " dogs! My Dutch Shepard looks phenomenal in her gear.
I just recently purchased a new harness and experienced some delay in delivery, but the customer service and notification from PetBelong representatives was immediately responsive and informative! I received my package and really appreciate quick response from PetBelong team! Cheers

I’m actually shocked at the bad reviews and glad I didn’t see these before I purchased. I bought 2 of these for my dogs. Shipping was slow but who cares, everything is slow now. Took about 2-3 weeks to get to me.

I am so happy with these harnesses. They fit great and are very adjustable. They are made of sturdy material and I couldn’t be happier so far.

Their customer service has been great throughout as well and have answered any questions I have had. Highly recommend.

Worst investment I ever made. Material were cheap. Don’t make the mistake I did. You can probably get a better harness off of Amazon.

Please Please Please do not order anything from these parasites use local companies that stock the Chinese junk I’ve been given three different tracking numbers a personal guarantee from some dude but when I asked for a complete refund crickets Google should block them.

We like the product and have ordered the second one. If you can wait the painfully long lead time to get it from China it is worth it. We have 2 German Shepards and the first one does a good job in controlling his occasional need to pull towards something of interest.

Shipping really does suck though

My below, glowing review, was BEFORE I actually received what they sent. I was told they would replace the harness….or maybe I was under the impression, but either way…I received two new plastic clips, to replace the broken ones. That’s all well and good, except for the fact that they are double stitched in place, and require an upholsterer to remove and install, at the local cost of $135. How does that help? Answer: it doesn’t. Helpful advice….If you want to sell in America, here’s a hint: if your product breaks, replace it. If you find you’re replacing too many, for the same reason, update your design. Even more amazing: they make metal clips, that WONT break, and they don’t put those on the high impact areas of the harness; they use plastic, then when a dog’s size/mass/strength break those clips, they replace with the plasic, which already broke, even after I offered to pay for metal. Their response was to say that they would replace the harness, and ask for a glowing review. I put the review in, prior to receipt, which was an error, done in excitement at the time, of the prospect that I had fianally found a harness that works…ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I’m a product engineer, and that’s how WE at my companies do things, and I guarantee we will be around longer than PetBelong….especially if I have anything to say about it. It’s a shame too, because all they had to do to make it right, was replace what they said they would. You went from a customer for life, so someone who will go out of their way to absolutely crap all over you FOREVER….nice job! Actually, you’ve prompted me to start a new company, to compete directly with your garbage, which I’m sure I will. Welcome Cerberus to the world; our three headed dog will make sure PetBelong finds no home here in America, where people are hard on things, and companies stand behind their products….look at Orvis, Duluth Trading, North Face, Arc Teryx, Amazon, etc…they know how things get done here.

We ordered one of these harnesses about six months ago, for our two-year-old Anatolian shepherd, and he absolutely loves it! Didn’t have any problems, until we broke one of the side clips, which was likely due to the -30° temp at the time (please note: one of the clip tabs broke off, but the clip still functions, and harness still works!), however, PetBelong came through in a huge way! I sent an email, asking how I could get the clips replaced, and within a day, I received a reply, in which they offered to replace the entire harness, without charge! To be fair, our dog is HARD on things, to the extent that this is his third harness within a year of owning him (rescue from Denver Dumb Friends League 3/5/22), and this one BY FAR is the best I’ve found. I’ve also paid more for other harnesses in the past, that don’t hold up nearly as well as these do, and certainly don’t have such a good warranty, and/or customer support. Y’all have a lifelong customer in us, that’s for sure! By the way, their anti pull feature (center, chest mounted metal clip), works as well as a gentle leader, as it pertains to discouraging pulling, but without a loop around the dog’s nose (which Sam hates)….WORKS WONDERFULLY! Fit, quality, great price point, excellent customer service; you can’t go wrong with PetBelong! (My God, that was terrible, but none the less TRUE!)

It did take about 3 weeks to receive it, but it did arrive and I couldn’t be more pleased with quality and fit. It’s outstanding, and exceeds my expectations. After ordering I quickly received an email that acknowledged my order. A couple days later I received another email with a link to track shipping. The shipping was via YunExpress. Using the shipping link I did see updates, but it was so slow compared to what I’m used too, and after a couple weeks of this I became nervous and did some googling on the shipping company. I read several articles that said YunExpress couldn’t be trusted, which made me even more nervous. So I emailed PetBelong. 2 days later PetBelong responded (Mitch) reassuring me. Then a day later my order arrived. In summary, my experience with PetBelong is it takes about 3 weeks to receive my order (including a custom name tags), they do send email confirmations, YunExpress is a valid shipping company and the updates, while slow, are valid, and the quality of the harness is excellent, and the fit for our Doberman is perfect. Just be patient, and contact PetBelong if you need reassurance like I did. Based on my experience, you won’t be disappointed.
