Perry and Bishop Faringdon - most professional and courteous of all estate agents in area (and we have spoken to most of them!!). They keep you updated regularly and try their best to find you the perfect property.

Horrific agency in Tetbury, wasting peoples time and discriminating against people who have good money. Why? Because of a need for a small mortgage? Then they deny it- and when you offer more, you are still told no!??? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Professional people like me, told them exactly what our position was, that we wanted the house and would offer to secure it as the first people through the door. But not them... Oh no, what they do is, they know you're interested and they let you go there at considerable expense, they let you offer well over the asking price and then they tell you "your offer is declined" and "You're not the right buyer for the house or the vendors circumstances" WHAT????? And when you say they are discriminating. They claim they aren't! And they also claim they didn't say any of those things. REALLY!!! Can't even own it! I am outraged. Then the same woman Julie, then says "It's not about the price!" As it if were bad enough what she told me, she then has to be further insulting by telling me its not about the price!! So effectively using us, to drive the price up. When they could have advertised from the START. Cash buyers only like everyone else does! I suggest Perry Bishop in Tetbury. That the three of you go and find other jobs. Because you are unprofessional. Now we are going to be homeless with nowhere to go! Thanks to you ladies! Because I haven't found anything I like more for the price. AVOID PERRY BISHOP AND CHAMBERS Tetbury AT ALL COST! Go to Savills instead. They will look after you. Utterly shocking! Utterly horrifying experience.

The staff at Perry Bishop went above and beyond to be helpful in the sale of my house. While my Tetbury property was empty they checked on it every week, sent me gas and electric meter readings and informed my of any post. The sale of my house was handled very professionally and with real efficiency, demonstrating excellent value for money. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I was regularly kept informed of any updates by both the sales progression team as well as the agents in the office. I cannot recommend them all high enough.
