Fantastic service from Perry Bishop (Cirencester Branch) throughout the whole selling process. This was a complicated sale due to the property being unregistered and initially an inheritance under a trust. However, the team at Perry Bishop, managed to wade through all the intricacies that this presented with consummate ease. Communication was excellent and timely.

Perry Bishop have been incredible during the buying process, from viewing all the way through to completion. I cannot thank Jade enough. She was fantastic at keeping me in the loop and being the go between between me and the vendor. She was always on the case and I always felt like she was on ‘my side’ but of course she was on no side, but that’s what made it so lovely. Her support (especially when my solicitors were not doing much) was really helpful and did keep my stress levels down a notch!!

Perry Bishop were excellent throughout the move. Michelle kept us informed and was always on hand to answer questions and move things along. This was a long and difficult conveyancing process (due to other factors) but we were well supported by Perry Bishop throughout.

They were really responsive when we were viewing houses in the area, and Anne Marie led a fantastic viewing of what is now our home – unlike many estate agents we’d viewed properties with, she knew the property very well and could confidently answer our questions. Once our offer was accepted, Michelle was enormously helpful in progressing our sale, checking in regularly (without hounding us) and putting our queries through to the seller and getting answers across as quickly as possible. All in all it was a very smooth process which is a relief considering how much can go wrong in a house sale – and Perry Bishop were a huge part of making this a successful move.
