After trying other estate agents in the area to sell my property that over promised and definitely under delivered, i was recommended to give Kings Hill Country Homes, West Malling a try. The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market. Once we had a buyer and completed chain, Megan took over the progression, working closely with Louise in keeping me up to speed. Not one of the simplest chains for numerous reasons, both Megan & Louise were constantly on top of everything, working with the solicitors.

She then gave us completely honest appraisals of the properties on offer and whenever something suitable would come up, she would made sure we had the details asap. KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
