We sold our property through Perry Bishop Nailsworth and the team there was fantastic. They were clear & straight forward; no OTT sales pitch. Their communication and support was excellent. Property selling/buying is always a stressful and long process and they made it all so much easier. Thank you Shirley, Mandy & Karen.

Everyone at Perry Bishop, Cirencester, was fantastic. From Simon who first did the valuation, through Lynne and Chantelle who helped with the sale, and then Jade in the sales progression office who made sure everything ran smoothly through to completion. It was so nice to be able to rely on them all, with super clear and proactive communication. Thank you so much for making the process much less stressful than it could have been!

Great team at Perry Bishop, who helped to make the whole process of buying a house a much more pleasurable experience. In particular, I like that Perry Bishop have a separate person (Lorraine) specifically allocated to chasing the lawyers and the chain generally. Lorraine was able to keep my informed of where the hold ups were and for me to do my own pushing with my solicitor to encourage push from their side too.

We had a very protracted sale where the chain broke twice and it was only thanks to Michelle’s perseverance and tenacity that we got it over the line the third time. She was a mistress of calm and the smoothing of waters. No obstacle was too great not to be moved. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Michelle was always there with a Plan B, C and D. There were times I’m sure when it must have felt like she was spending 80% of her time just on us. Thank you Michelle.
I’d also like to thank Gerry for her excellent negotiating skills and a special shout-out to Abby who, although not directly involved in our sale, always seemed to have a handle on what was going on, was unfailingly friendly and welcoming on the phone, and always always always passed on messages and/or got back to us.

Nice experience from start to finish. The process did take a long time, due to other parties but Perry Bishop were great at keeping in contact and touching base throughout.
Move in day was smooth and a nice welcome gift was a great touch.

They went above and beyond by providing regular meter readings and sourcing a cleaner, which was a huge help as I lived far away. They gave quick feedback on viewings and the sale went through smoothly. Would recommend.

We had a bad experience with Perry bishop in Faringdon. When looking around the house we were told by the estate agent that she “matches the houses to the person”. I have family members that sell houses that said this was discrimination and not a normal thing to say. We were pushed to offer more and I have a few friends who had the same experience and felt pressured to offer more. I had someone make a remark when I was asked about how much I could put as a deposit which was “ well not everyone has that amount in their account” (I had worked very hard for 3 years to save) this comment was unprofessional. I felt during the process at times the estate agent was patronising which was hurtful as the housing process is stressful enough. Unfortunately they sold the house to us without informing us about a major factor which meant we couldn’t take the house in the end. I personally wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.

We used Perry Bishop when our buyer fell through with another Estate Agent. Perry Bishop were fantastic. They were really organised they kept us updated. After our experience with the other estate agent I was feeling really low, the staff at Perry Bishop were supportive and helpful, they found us another buyer within a day or two and completed in really good time. We also purchased our onward propert through them, they helped us to get the perfect home. I totally recommend the Perry Bishop team in Cirencester and the sales progression team in Faringdon.

We recently moved and used Gavin and the team to support our move at the Cheltenham office. A big thanks to the team (Ruth especially) for the last couple of months. A great experience from start to finish. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light.
I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life).
Thoroughly recommend.

I recently dealt with the Tebury Office regards a home my late father had lived in. At what was already a difficult time the lack of response to queries while trying to exit the property he had lived in (given I live 200 miles ) discuss the deposit return, meter readings etc made this a difficult process.
The only timely response I got was to a question about recommending local cleaning and decorating services, no doubt commission linked to that one!
Luckily the landlady herself was very accommodating and hands on so we got there in the end.

Spamming and unresponsive.
I've several times tried to unsubscribe from mailing lists, but keep getting the messages. Have tried emailing the sender directly and the office separately but never get any response. So I will not use them to sell my house and will also try to avoid buying through them

Used to sell my house - a positive experience. It took a while, but they were focused on getting the right people through the door, and then keeping the sale going through 9 months of inefficiencies and issues from the chain - very proactive in progressing the sale.
