Hello I started
Using peepso in 2021 as it was exactly what I was looking for, from purchasing to download everything is so easy, I have learning and developing websites for 20 years and peepso is by far the best website solution I have use peepso installer makes everything strait forward what you need to install and is on one page so no need to go back and forward to Documentation just start installing from the top of the page choose which plugins features you want to install it's easy as. Updates are at least one or two time a month everything works perfectly and simple. I like that the software designers have stuck to what seems to work great in other social media communities, some software will fear being like what seems to work in other social media platforms and quite obvious that they are trying not to do it same, it's Abit like not wanting to make a wheel for fear of being the same as everyone else so they create a square wheel it obvious, I hope you get what I mean. If it works make it the same and just make it work better and that's what peepso have done. The foundation it built now it just a matter of adding other features that makes messaging video and voice calling that's one feature I would like to see, I would gone for the Mobile app but it's monthly fee are insanely over the top expensive it cost more for the app than peepso, so I hope peepso do a mobile app in house. Peepso is a 5 Star. I love peepso always works great, I like peepso better than Facebook. Thank you keep up the great work.

Chris Jaworski, Ivana Kecskes, Predrag Ristic and Artur Kapuscinski are absolutely Fantastic Representatives of Peepso. In fact, the entire support and technical team are wonderful professionals. They have great knowledge and respond quickly to all matters you have regarding your site. Above and beyond, excellent and outstanding.

You know how it goes; you finally get the courage to put yourself out there and build a community. I tried Buddypress, Buddyboss, and many themes compatible with Youzify. I had seen Peepso, but I kept opting for what I thought was the safer, more extensive Buddypress community, although with much older code.

After the final crash of the site, I thought, what do I have to lose? Well, as it turned out ...

My site is ready for launch and even has some members; it works like a machine! I have had support over expectations. And now I have to deal with my own reality. It finally WORKS!

They have made community building easy and accessible; for that, I would be forever grateful, as this project is close to my heart.

Personally, I don't think they get enough Kudos for the effort they genuinely put in, so if you are like me and on the brink of a decision of whether to use Peepso and unsure, do it; you won't regret it.

Dont' lisent to bad review thise plug is 100% fast than buddypress and buddyboss ...and all code source is different thant buddypress .....Peepso projet is a good plug

What an amazing platform! So amazing. I found this as an alternative after BuddyBoss screwed me over. So much more functionality as well. Wouldn't be able to have my community without it. I've had so much positive feedback from my customers about how much more they love the new Peepso site compared to BuddyBoss.

On my Wordpress site offer no many features, in stream feeds page only possible to add comments but no working this, error messagge??? No possible to add images or video???
Not have friends features: add friend,,, and other social features??

If you have money and time to lose and think that you will be so happy with this scam product, please buy and enjoy the nightmare.

They give you 2 weeks for refund but they never refund no matter what your reason. You can read the previous reviews. They dont refund if you change your mind or any other reason, basically no reason can be accepted, its a no refund product, means pure scam.

Let me explain, first day you pay for it, very happy. Few more days you see that you cant upload images, you realized that you need to pay more for uploading images for this plugin. I said Few Days because they take their sweet time to reply you and delay until the refund period is over. There are so many bugs and redundant sql queries which make your site take ages to load and your hosting will contact you to upgrade due to overage. Then you realize that you wasted so much money and time and you wish you can turn back time. All the best if you dont trust me.

I recommend to stay away from Peepso! It's not lightweight at all. I run my site on a fast Kinta server (Business plan 3), and the Peepso plugin added 5 to 15 seconds of loadtime to the site.

After some troubleshooting, I asked them to cancel and refund me. They said no. This is what I answered:

"The reason is not because of a “change of mind”! But sure, just take my money and let me learn a lesson from this.

I learned that your plugin is taxing sites, adding 5 seconds of loadtimes and causes everything to slow down.

I also learned that Peepso expect customers to go into a testing-phase to find errors that the plugin causes the site.

Well, I do not have the time for this. When I spend money on PRO plugins, I expect them to work as adverticed, so I don’t have to spend my time troubleshooting.

I would like you to cancel the account and refund my money, as the real reason is that you sold a product that is not working and isn’t as lightweight as you advertise.

But instead, I beg you to keep my money, so that you can spend it to develop a better product and better customer service.

I can't help but to be amused by the whole thing. It's given me a good ol' laugh - money well spent on fun. Oh, the joy.

They love to make up a whole bunch of excuses in hope to avoid providing you with a refund.

I purchased a copy of this crap January 2019 and stopped using it for personal reasons.

Today I woke up and found I had the rest of my money removed from my account, I did a check to with bank to find it was peepso.

Bank account changed several times throughout the year the bank details have changed too how they managed to take the payment is beyond me.

I messaged in about this and tried to rectify the problem but to no avail.

Mid way through last year, I messaged peepso having known I made the purchase to ask what had happen with my plugins - they directed me to a secondary account - correlated with me, they searched for me and came back with two accounts.

They actively searched for accounts related to me and provided a set of details to that account. The account was actually an email account that was two factor authenticated too a contract number that I didn’t have access to and could no longer get that - it’s an expired contract. I had tried to access but with no help. So I wouldn’t of been notified of any upcoming transactions. - These stupid people try and justify that by “that’s is not our fault”

Of course it isn’t but it’s a justified reason. It’s a fresh purchase that I haven’t used or have no plans to EVER. There’s much better around.

Had I had access to that account the last thing I would ever spend my money on is peepso. It’s the slowest thing on the planet. (45 minuites on the login page waiting to be redirected - yeah right.)

Let me be clear there is nothing in the terms of service that states you can only hold one account - I set up three one for each project I was working on at the time. (Bearing in mind I knew nothing about the plugins or development process)

Having them search for the account and been directed to a secondary account by them, I noticed no plugins where in that account and just literally left it and said nothing.

A couple of days ago I wake up to go shopping and noticed that my money had gone, done a check with the bank to find it was peepso, which I then messaged and requested a refund. Which let’s note is discretionary for any company as stated In The first line of the t&c’s

they said I had access to my newest account because I went in and cancelled the yearly renewal - this is categorically untrue because they had to give me the account details and then I went into account knowing full well all my passwords are the same for the last few years. Great excuse to keep the money by lying and dishonest actions.

they used the fact that I accessed the account and cancelled (after my email was given to me) to refuse a refund on the basis that I had access to the account and could of stopped it. THEY HAD TO GIVE ME THE DETAILS. Which by their t&c seems to be breaching it themselves. But did that knowingly after I messaged them. very very sly way of trying to insinuating that I am liar without saying it. Once again it’s a categorical lie as I have emails in my inbox requesting my account in which they actively searched for one in correlation with ‘myself’ their issue not mine.

At every point they tried to come up with an excuse that would blame me or try to justify keeping the money.

It’s simple, it was a new purchase within days, one that I couldn’t cancel because I didn’t know the account details, they had to give me them and gave me wrong ones. I’m not the one tracking my users they are. It’s not something I plan to use ever again and would advise against especially when I can purchase software much cheaper that’s faster cleaner more presentable does a better job and involves logical thinking people.

When questioned why they had told 3 lies they avoided to answer questions asking why they had lied. Cut yourself free of that before you even start.

I can't write a review yet I'm about to purchase but am put off by the 14-day limit and by these reviews.
POINT 1. I do feel someone is being vindictive with a review or two.
POINT 2. if the software is so good what wrong with extending the 14 days limit it's not long enough, perhaps the developers could do a 30-day trial version then if you want it you have to buy it as it times out or something.
POINT 3. I have been asking loads of questions by using tickets and I have always had a courteous and prompt pleasant reply.
However, for me I have lost money in the past with other companies who s software did not do as expected and even though it looks good I am frightened of trying it as it will take me a month to see if it's what I want.
I need to test it first

First, the software is really good. It still has its glitches and shortcomings that needs to be addressed. But before you interpret that as the software being buggy and unreliable, you have to understand that even the best software has its glitches and shortcomings. The more complicated something is, the more things are going to go wrong. It's a fact of life. If nothing less than absolute perfection from the get go is what you demand, then you simply should stay away from any kind of software and play around with that perfect software that only exist in your head.

Because this software really is really good! Having tried out several competitors this has several huge advantages.
First, it is quite simple to use and relatively free of bugs, which was very important for me.
Second, it's way faster than the others I've tried. Unless you plan to spam your social network with dozens of widgets and plenty of huge pictures, your site will, on the right server, load in seconds.
But it's the third reason that makes me recommend this software over its competitors by a huge margin:

It's topnotch, excellent SUPPORT!

From my personal experience, this company really do live up to its claim of excellent support. Not being a programmer nor WordPress expert I have spent countless hours consulting and discussing with the people in charge, and they have always answered me, quickly and politely. I have always got the help I needed, usually within hours (no longer than 24) and they have always been helpful with input, suggestions and, I must confess, really dumb questions.

All this help has not just resulted in a really nice experience, but also in a terrific website, so it really pains me to read these 1 star reviews. These people either must have spoken to different people than I did or they must have some sort of beef with PeepSo.

So, to summarize: if you want something that is perfect and never fails, then you are never going to be happy because what you are asking is for someone to defy reality for you.
But if you want something that works, does all or most of what you want and a team that will give you all the help you need and fast, then you will not be disappointed with PeepSo.

I have been using PeepSo at doggs.com for several months and it is fantastic! It only took me a month to get a fully functioning social network up and running and their support has been great. Highly recommend the ultimate package of plug-ins and gecko theme.

Your site will be broken from top to bottom. Be realistic, this plugin will not give you a user-friendly site like fb. You will end up with a log of bugs. It looks good at first sight but you will realize that they start to lock a lot of things and support just dont care and accuse you for asking more. Paid a lot and they dont even care to reply. You can check their community section, its a total mess.

Its not how I feel. Its how the whole plugin works. You have flaws everywhere and you will ask to send support request and it takes 2 days and then ask again and again. That's why you only allow 14 days refund. If its good as what your own reviews says, why not 30? From now on I have to be skeptical for those vendor who offers 14 days refund only. By the time you install and ask for support and the back and forth replies, 14 days times passed. They are so smart in this. It's strict 14 days refund. If you are smarter than them, go elsewhere, social plugin like this never work, from my experience.

As I said they are smart in playing with the 14 days, accusing you as a troublemaker by initiating for refund, telling you that its theme issue, etc.
One word, they dont mean to refund and their script doesnt work out of the box. You can check all the other reviews, many of them had to go through months and even a year of mishaps and nightmare only to get it to work. I dont think they have a choice though. Only commit in this plugin if you have all the free time and good technical knowledge.

I have been using Peepso for about a year now. I have had multiple issues with updates and errors largely because of the hosting service I was using. I failed to read all the requirements before I purchased the plugin and installed it on a site that was not capable of handling the plugin's demands. The truth of the matter is that in spite of the oversight on my part, the developers of Peepso have been exceptionally patient and helpful. They have addressed every question that I asked. They went into my site and looked for the source of the errors I was getting and came up with a game plan to track down the source. They provided information that allowed me to further customize the plugin to do what I wanted it to do even though what I needed was not in the original design of the plugin. I have has frustrating moments, but in the end, we have worked everything out. The fact that there are hundreds of sites successfully running Peepso is a testament to how well the plugin works. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and developers and thank them for how considerate they have been to a non-techie lady trying to run this type of site. The plugin is VERY resource intense. You may not be able to run it well on a shared hosting site (which I learned the hard way), but the plugin is amazing and does what is advertised. If you want it to be successful, you need to follow the recommendations of the developers.

I have been using Wordpress since inception. I have used many plugins claiming to be community plugins. Some have been decent and work but what sets Peepso apart is the cleanliness of coding, the brilliant minds behind the development, the high level of support, flexibility and compatibility. And if you find it doesn't mix well with your theme, send a ticket! That simple. The Peepso team will make it compatible (if it isn't already) as it is with hundreds and hundreds of themes out the gate.

The layout is super clean and you can easily see that someone spent some serious effort and time into making it so. The features are great. Peepso has a lot to offer and will definitely get you going with a niche or generic network. The choice is yours. Just know that if you put your time into greatness, you will achieve greatness. Start with a plugin that will help build your path to success. Peepso. It's that simple.

I adore everything about Peepso, the configuration, design, the support I receive. We've never looked back.

Its a fantastic plugin for WordPress with awesome customer support. Worth the money.
