What I appreciate most is how modular PeepSo is. I can add only the features I need, like activity streams, photo sharing, or even e-commerce, and it integrates seamlessly with other plugins. The support team has been fantastic, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions I’ve had.

No Forum Plugin no Fan Page plugin also they dont have their own video calling so we can use it with agora or twilio but we must pay monthly to better messages or yearly to use video calling which they have very big bugs problems on their plugins, now they made plugin mobile with partners with ridiculous monthly prices.

PeepSo support does not seem to exist on WordPress forum. And whatever you ask them on their official channel, they say they do not provide support for free products beyond their online documentation and YouTube channel.

I asked them two very simple questions I obviously could not find in their documentation, like whether their plugin has a shortcode for VIP icons and what meta-names for country and gender their plugin is using so I can overwrite them with Profile Builder plugin. They could not answer these simple questions which makes me think they are not familiar enough with their own product and they only want you to buy their paid bundle. I guess their support would be the same even with the paid bundle so you should better stay away from them.

They did some messed up update. Destroyed the entire site. Then blamed my servers. They have no idea how to do customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this plug in. You will build a community then they will break your site and blame everyone else but themselves. I will update this ticket if they fix it. That doesn't look likely since their customer support is more of a "blame everyone else" type of support. They are worthless and horrible people.

Peepso is a fantastic tool for creating a social network, one of the best I have ever known. Very professional, clean code, good customer service and the support is excellent.

What is wrong with the pricing??? That's really expensive for a non-app website.They use mobiloud for mobile app production and mobiloud's monthly payment system is no different from swearing. Pricing is a joke! Both PeepSo and Mobiloud have joke prices. I recommend you to prefer BuddyBoss! If they don't offer apps for the phone, it makes the most sense to switch!

We needed a WordPress plugin to create a social networking platform, and PeepSo was our choice after looking around. We found Peepso was intuitive and user-friendly with a good feature set.

The customizable features allowed us to tailor the community space for a client. We used extensions like Groups, Photos and Videos, providing the users varied ways to interact and connect.

Customer support was a highlight during my journey with PeepSo. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure my queries were addressed, providing a smooth running of the platform.

I have been using it for a considerable time, but my experience so far has been nothing but a waste of time and cash. The most important thing I would like to point out (although they make it impossible for me to call it a scam with small details, it is worse than a scam) is that all the additional features they promise are just simple integrations. Although they also integrate and advertise their own apps, they are just a money sucking company.

The pricing is unbelievably high. I can even say that they have a blasphemous price policy. I get very late and sloppy responses from their support.

The most important part is that the APP is VERY SLOW! It is an extremely poorly optimized app!

I bought it with the hope of converting it to a mobile app, but the pricing policy of MobiLoud, which they recommend, is much, much more ridiculous! What PeepSo does is simply this

"They get you to buy the app and spend a significant amount of effort, and then in the middle of the development process they make you realize that the other features they promised are overpriced add-ons."

Of course, by the time this happens, your return period of 15 days has already passed. It's an app that is outrageous in every move they make.

The app that I chose to replace BuddyBoss with great excitement has destroyed all my excitement and has been nothing but a waste of time and money. I hope they work on free features in the future. Or at least don't leave us so dependent on a simple plug-in like Event Manager!

I don't know how long they can continue with such a ridiculous price policy and deceptive business model. I would have given it a little higher than one star, but I am very disappointed. When I saw the harsh language in some of their comments to users on TrustPilot, I chose to give them one star. I hope they will take a step to fix our problems. I am happy to change my review if I see a positive step.
