Paws on Plates Bewertungen

This food is fantastic, my dog absolutely loves it. He had itchy ears and since transitioning to this food, the itching has significantly stopped. If you have the freezer space, I would recommend fresh from this brand.

Have been feeding both our rescue dogs on Paws on Plates since July 2025. Rotate the great different meal options and have very happy, healthy doggies - bowls are always licked clean. Have monthly subscription and so easy to amend if want to. Paws on Plates are a great company to deal with. Respond quickly to any query and orders always arrive on time . Highly recommend Paws on Plates to anyone who is thinking of trying their dog food - like us I'm sure you will have no regrets & your dog will definitely thank you for it.

Paws on Plates is simply awesome. The best food, smells lovely... doesn't smell and isn't wrapped in plastic like some of the other frozen brands. Customer service is first class and lovely to support a small UK business!!! Well done you rock.

What an amazing product! My dog clearly thinks it’s delicious but just as importantly, it’s meeting all of his nutritional requirements too. My dog is a nine year old Alsatians, so he’s getting on a bit now. I could see a huge difference in him after a couple of weeks on this amazing food, more energy, glossier coat and a renewed zest for life! I’ll never use anything else now I’ve discovered this.

I started with Paws when my dog Lucky had kidney failure and refused to eat. He loved it and seeing him enjoy his meals again was incredible. I now have a 9 month golden. I raised him on paws from a puppy. He is super healthy- glossy coat. The food is amazing quality. The treats I get as well as these have quality ingredients. Managing the account is not a problem with a reminder before the order to make changes as needed. Any questions you get an immediate response from Sam- it feels like they care about your dog’s health as well. So all in - great service, amazing quality and my dog Atlas looks incredible on this diet

We switched our Vizsla from raw to Paws on Plates and she can’t get enough of the food. The food is easy to order and once you’re set up, it’s easy to make adjustments. I would say that calculators for our dog is a little on the short side, so w’ve had to up the food from the 600g per day originally recommended to ensure she stays at a healthy weight. Obviously this comes at a price, but hopefully feeding our dog high quality food (it even smells great) will save money in the future. Maybe some loyalty offers the odd month for loyal customers would be something they could consider after the intro offers have passed. Customer service is great annd they are very responsive. Communication is top notch and the deliveries are always on time.

Bonnie our 1st dog was really fussy with her food so we did some research on what dog food is out there and provides the most nutrients and paws on plates was one of the top rated so we did a trial and Bonnie loved it. Then came along Lexi, who as a pup was weaned on dry food but when she smelt Bonnie’s food she and her sister Rei both dived into Bonnie’s food and we haven’t looked back since. Sam has been really helpful in adjusting order sizes when Lexi came along. My sister also changed over Rei’s food to paws on plates and hasn’t looked back since.

Our dog loves Paws on Plates. He was a bit fussy with other brands so we decided to change. We did a comparison of nutritional value amongst different brands and this one came out on top so we gave it a go, and haven’t looked back. Ordering and delivery is easy and hassle free, and they seem to use proper ingredients, not packing it with filler. So we’re all very happy!

We have cycled through various other brands with our dog (an active WCS) who would happily leave his food in his bowl untouched or unfinished and we had concluded he just wasn't food motivated. Since we have moved to Paws on Plates, not only does he clean every bowl he now hassles us when his meals are due and his coat is in fabulous condition!

My two dogs love this food and have never left any in their bowels.

My dog loves this food, on other foods we has issues with anal gland and ear issues. Great quality, packaging is great. Never had any issues with the product or service.

The only food my dog gets excited for day after day. Excellent quality and customer service.

Paws on plates is the only food my fussy whippet has stuck to. His coat is so silky and no more upset stomachs. We have also seen improvement in his teeth!
He is excited to eat his food at every meal time, there is never anything left in his bowl!
We have tried other fresh foods in the past but nothing compares to the quality you get with paws on plates from the nice chunky veg to the very convenient packaging.
We are very happy with the customer service after a few mishaps early on that were very quickly resolved. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We were one of the first customers and therefore experienced some of the inevitable teething problems that any infant business suffers. These were minor issues and not about the quality of the food. The owner Sam dealt with the teething problems brilliantly and took on board suggestions for improvements such as the excess packaging.

Our dog Charlie has always been a fussy eater and used to get bored after a few weeks with what we gave him. Then we discovered Paws. It’s been about 9 months now and he still absolutely loves his meals. We give him the full variety and rotate it. He licks the bowl clean and it’s a joy to see him loving his food so much.

We highly recommend Paws on Plates.

Paws on plates has been a game changer for our furry baby. Picky eater and sensitive stomach with various allergies means options have been limited. It is definitely the food that our dog has stuck with the longest! So grateful we found them! Sam and the team are great and have been very helpful with a one off delivery issue we had- resolved quickly and Sam was transparent about the whole issue with a phone call explaining what happened. You do truly feel seen and heard with the service they provided and Sam is clearly so passionate about the business which shows in the quality of the food.

Highly recommend this product. My dog is always licking the bowl afterwards looking for more. She is full of energy and great digestion. Any problems sam always answers emails and the website is very easy to use.

Absolutely love this company. Our dog loves the food and we love the transparency and simplicity of the ingredients. The founder is super helpful if we have any questions. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the quality of the food, it's great to know we're feeding our dog a healthy and nutritious meal daily. We had to change the quantity as i made an error with the calculation early on, i emailed the company and the found (Sam) personally replied to my email and quickly sorted the problem i had caused, the communication has been fantastic, i'm really impressed with everything from Paws On Plates, cannot recommend them highly enough :)

Our sweet senior Labrador started on Paws on Plates only 5 months ago & hand on heart she absolutely devours every mouthful. She’d been on a dry food diet since a puppy and now she knows there’s something special out there, she’s literally hit the jack pot!! No looking back now! 10/10 to your lovely business

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The main reason I use paws on plates is due to the high quality, natural ingredients used. Sam and the team are incredible and the attention to detail is perfect. You can tell so much care and love goes into everything they do. Friendly, reliable and such a lovely experience overall. I’d personally recommend POP on anyone!
