Paws on Plates Bewertungen

I started my little Jack Russell on Paws On Plate as he is a choosy eater. Unfortunately, he did not take to the new taste on our second order.
On writing to Paws on Plate Customer service, I was so amazed that they refunded me in full, even though I had ordered a full month's supple of fresh food, under their taste gurantee policy.
The communication and responses very almost immidiate and I am a very happy and impressed, customer indeed. The food was fresh and packaged well, sadly my dog didn't want a change.
Thank you very much Paws on Plate.

My dog loves feeding time and enjoys every flavour. Comes well packed and if there have been any problems it has been with couriers, not with Paws. However, Paws have rectified this when notifying them.

My 4 star review is now a 5. Within an hour I had had a phone call from Sam to resolve my issue with managing my subscription. He advised that the website has been changed and talked me through what works best for me and my pooch and we found something that works, so happy customers all round! Keep up the good work guys :-)

This food is great, I cannot complain at all. My very fussy dog loves it and I know she is getting good quality food. But the ability manage subscriptions online is so painful. Because my dog is fussy I alternative between this food and another similar brand. Therefore I don't need deliveries as often as the subscription offers. Trying to change the dates online is so difficult, each flavour is on its own subscription which isn't that clear. I tried to cancel my subscription to then just re-start it when I next needed a batch and that was a nightmare too. Its such a shame because I want to support small businesses (and they are local to me) but unfortunately the admin that comes with trying to manage this just makes it unworkable.

Absolutely fabulous product. My dog isn’t a fussy eater she will eat anything, however I strive to give her what I consider to be the best available. This is currently “” Paws on Plate”
It looks good enough to eat myself.

Started with paws on plates for my dog and first he really enjoyed it, food was good quality delivery quick and customer service were good when I got in touch.

Unfortunately my dog is intolerant to chicken, doesn’t like turkey and ate a lot of fish when we were trying to figure out what he was intolerant too so he is pretty sick of fish- this only left beef and lamb which was two flavours and he quickly got sick of those two flavours.

With some more options this would be a good range, I feel it’s quite restrictive if your dog has allergies or intolerances.

My dog (a lovable staffy) absolutely loves all the meals. He actually waits by his bowl in the morning for me to feed him. He’s never done this before for other brands we’ve tried in the past. I’ve also noticed he has less gut issues since being on Paws on Plates and I’ve also added the gut treats which has also helped.

I would highly recommend all the meals, treats and gut and dental treats to everyone. It is so reassuring knowing my dog is eating a natural healthy meal each day which he also enjoys.

My Weimaraner absolutely loves this food, excellent customer service, and I will keep on ordering.

First of all I have 3 dogs, who sometimes walked away from their dried food.
Occasionally they would be sick with what looked like yellow bile.
Then I started ordering from Pawls!
They love the food, running around at food time, jumping up at me. (hurry up mum)
Not going to lie, we did have problems ordering, and with some of the food, at one point I was going to give up.
Seeing the dogs love their food I just couldn’t.
Sam was really helpful sorting it out and hopefully the site is sorted.
I can’t go back now as they love it.

Both my dogs love this food, and the customer service has been great. Would highly recommend.

My first order arrived today and my spoiled and fussy dog was so excited. He is 10 and a half and I have never seen him like this before. He asked for second portion too 🤦🏻‍♀️😂. We will be buying more as soon as we finish these trial boxes. The food smell divine, I could eat it myself. Massive chunks of meat and vegetables. Thank you

Best food I could give my dog!! She absolutely loves it, bowls are spotless after a feed and her fur has never been so shiny!

Very good quality dog food, reliable deliveries and excellent customer service when you need it.

My little fur baby LOVES his Paws on Plates food. He can be a little fussy - we tried various brands before finding Paws on Plates - but he gets so excited at mealtimes, it's a joy to see. Milos food always arrives on time and is packaged brilliantly. I love that all the packaging is recyclable too.

I’ve been using paws to plates for a while I have tried all the fresh food brands and I must say these guys out do them all! The choice is just fantastic and my gang love each flavour. All my dogs look amazing and are full of energy. The site is easy to use and you get chance to change your subscription each month. One great flavour to try is the salmon & Turkey!!. It’s great value for money which in this climate is really important.

My poodle loves this food after having tummy troubles and loosing weight, tried a few different one's. Her toilet is fantastic and her weight is now perfect.
She has a good coat now.
The containers are brilliant too as can be resealed easily.
Always comes frozen and fresh. She also loves nanny's nibbles.

Being the owner of a very fussy, five year old Cockapoo has had its challenges food wise but after almost 12 months on Paws On Plates we have a clean bowl nearly everyday. There have been small issues now and again but customer service has always been brilliant and issues rectified quickly. I’m so glad we found you and we will sticking with you now. Thank you.

My two cockapoos absolutely love this food - one of them is a bit fussy but never leaves a scrap! I love that you can see lovely recognisable vegetables mixed in with the meat…it actually does smell yummy! I also love the recyclable packaging so no plastic waste! Thank you Paws on Plates…I cannot recommend you highly enough x

100% worth investing in your dogs health by switching to paws on plates my lulu absolutely loves her food and never leaves any left over, best thing we done was starting her meal prep would highly recommend

Hands down the best dog food we’ve ever tried! As a dog mum who’s baby is allergic to nearly all common proteins this food has been a life saver to say the least.. not only is my baby obsessed with the flavour she has made so much progress since being on it and looks so much healthier. Not only are we happy with the quality but Sam always reply’s to my emails swiftly and helps best as he can which I greatly appreciate and to make it even better delivery’s are always on time! From our experience alone I would/do recommend this food to everyone with fur baby’s!!
Thankyou both Sam and Nana we appreciate you more than you know!!

Genuinely brilliant food by genuinely brilliant people. We’ve been with Paws on Plates from the launch and would not give our pooch anything else now. Our miniature dachshund Indi LOVES their food and treats and licks her bowl clean every time! Sam and Gemma have both happily amended delivery dates for us as Indi’s was eating more during phantom pregnancies. The quality of the food is exceptional- you can actually see the ingredients your dog is eating - not just some random mush other brands market as acceptable. Honestly if I wouldn’t be happy to eat it then neither should Indi. Try it and wait and see how happy your pooch and you will be!
