I would like to thank and definately recommend Paws on Plates for looking after my German Shepherd Jaxon.
Jaxons coat was always itching and he was very uncomfortable. Despite many vet visits and chews off the Internet and an assortment of pills and potions nothing helped his skin.
I tried Paws on Plates after it was recommended to me by someone else and after all this time Jaxons itchy skin cleared ip. The food is all fresh and no horrible additives and he loved it.
Sam and his wonderful team were amazing.
I would recommend this food and this company time and time again.
Give them a go. If your dog has itchy skin it really works. No mimics.

Customer service were quick to respond to question and very helpful. So far only tried the lamb but it has gone down very well with a 5 paw appreciation review, plate licking good. Really good consistency, meaty chunks instead of ground paste. The environmentally friendly packaging an essential bonus.

Everything they stand for, the environment, supporting farmers, especially not compromising quality of food with ease is so important for me being disabled. It’s so hard to find a quality food that is easy to dish up but I feel like I have found gold dust with these. My boys were losing weight and not finishing their previous food. Itchy skin and staining, ear/ yeast infections and just generally not looking forward to meal times. This food is unbelievable for fuss pots.
My boys are so much happier and even ask for their food which warms my heart. So so worth it and I cannot get across my gratitude now knowing that my furbabies are getting what they need.

Excellent food and I have tried all of the top end dog foods but these meals are definitely the best available.

I was having trouble getting the delivery I wanted but Sam and Chloe sorted it for me. Most importantly, my toy poodle loves this food! I've always said that if he were human, he'd be a restaurant critic - that's how fussy he is. I've tried him on other foods - he takes a sniff, gives me a supercilious look, and walks away. Not with Paws. I do add a small topper and he eats it all up! So far, so good 👍 Thanks to all at Paws on Plates.

I was interested in changing our gorgeous Alfie's food, as although I was feeding him cold pressed kibble with Added cooked chicken breast, he wasn't impressed, he has always been extremely picky. I thought about another brand but when I compared them Paws On Plates won hands down.
We have just finished day two and he has wolfed down his two meals a day, which are a mixture of both foods to obviously ease him gently into his new fresh food. He normally isn't bothered about his food but he came to me with big pleading eyes. He absolutely adores it and I am so pleased that I decided to buy it. If your dog is picky like Alfie, please try it. There are different flavours too, he has the beef, the lamb and the turkey but I will include the turkey and salmon as well next month, you can see the ingredients as it's not mush, you can see the meat and vegetables and he adores it all. Excellent homecooked and nutritious food for my fussy cavapoo. You really tell the quality and care compared to other dog foods. Very good sustainable packaging and excellent customer service. I highly recommend and happy to have found Paws after bad experiences with other dog food providers.

I really like knowing that they’re eating high-quality food made with British ingredients, and you can genuinely see the quality when you open it.

This company stinks. They conduct themselves in a dishonest manner - they have no planning permission for their factory in East Grinstead. The stink of rotting meat and fish that comes from their building spreads throughout the entire local area. Considering how abominably this company operates, I would be very concerned about allowing my beloved animals to consume anything they had produced.

Edited to remove reference to imported meat. It is notable, however, that they do not dispute the facts of smell pollution and lack of planning permission indicating failure to obtain correct permissions and meet appropriate standards.

Just switched to Paws on Plates (due to the Years dog food problems) and can honestly say my dogs are loving it. No sooner have I put it down and it’s gone…they are even over looking at each other’s bowls to see if there is any left! The food smells good and its definitely agreeing with their stomachs. Would highly recommend the lamb, beef and salmon (still to try the turkey).

Top Quality Fresh Cooked Dog Food.
After reading all the drama going on with Years over the last few days, so pleased I found Paws on Plates and switched from Years awhile back.

I just want to say i am so impressed with paws on plates as a dog owner with a dog that suffers with allergies you're meals have helped massively. My dog finds you're food super tasty and for myself you're customer service is fantastic you're all so helpful and answer every question in detail and most of all quick at responding i can not fault anything thank you so much.

My Podenco has suffered with gastritis since we lost her surrogate mum to cancer. I’ve had her on other good cooked dog foods but still unsettled tummy. I changed to Paws on Plates and immediately whilst on her starter mixed box, her tummy and poos are so much better. She loves it. It really is a great human quality food in non plastic packaging. I fully recommend it. 5 stars 👍

3 dogs different breeds different ages all have their own personalities. Now imagine buying food ideally something suited to all 3. After 6 years of eat it don’t eat it. Wasted money and getting it home from the store. In walks Paws on Plates into my life a selection of meals very tasty very good quality and it smells tasty too I now have healthy happy dogs no more bad tummies food bowls licked clean and separately checked by each dog. They love it so much they go and stand in the kitchen waiting for me to put it in their bowls. Finally the service from what I can tell support is there around 14 hours a day. Quick to respond quick to find a solution to any problem you may have, from a personal point of view Chloe has taken on 3 dogs and me their protective demanding owner I think she lives breathes sleeps customer service

Firstly the food was approved by my very fussy Lhasapoo
Customer service was brilliant and even offered money back if my dog didn’t like … not had that before
So Lennie has been enjoying the food for about 5 weeks now and if you’ve ever had a fussy eater you will know the joy of bowls licked clean!
His 💩 are so much better ( for both him and me who has to pick it up )
Just this week I’ve noticed a huge improvement in his tear stains too
Lennie is 7 years old and had been on previous food nearly all his life but they kept adding more seasonings and he refused to eat
Believe me we tried several other types food and I nearly gave up hope
So thanks to all at Paws on Plates keep doing what you’re doing

Such luge amounts of food in each box for my Westie. He would get fed up eating the same food for a week! Very little choice so had to lartially defrost until I could cut it into portions and re freeze. My dog hates it cold so when I did 10 seconds in microwave which isn’t even warm it became sloppy and very loose in texture. He ate first lot of beef now refuses turkey. I fear I’ve wasted £20+.

Ordered a sample of food on 22nd July has to chase 28th July as this still hasn't arrived. The order apparently got a snag on the system. Was then told it would leave 30th July via an AI reply ( not exactly personal reply). If this happens to a sample pack of 2 meals I dread to think what would happen to a monthly order. Don't bother people I'm going back to Poppy's Picnic next day delivery. Very disappointed

Thankyou for this although it arrived defrosyef and the ice pack had defrosted in the box emailed Chloe relief with it will be fine just refreeze it. Tried Oscar on the lamb he won't touch it to one sniff and rrtchef not tried the other ones yet. So far not good unless the food has gone off because it arrived defrosted?

I started my little Jack Russell on Paws On Plate as he is a choosy eater. Unfortunately, he did not take to the new taste on our second order.
On writing to Paws on Plate Customer service, I was so amazed that they refunded me in full, even though I had ordered a full month's supple of fresh food, under their taste gurantee policy.
The communication and responses very almost immidiate and I am a very happy and impressed, customer indeed. The food was fresh and packaged well, sadly my dog didn't want a change.

My dog loves feeding time and enjoys every flavour. Comes well packed and if there have been any problems it has been with couriers, not with Paws. However, Paws have rectified this when notifying them.
