The set up and ordering process was very easy and Sam is extremley proactive and helpful with any issues. Our dog absolutely loves the food and we have seen an improvement in his general health. Will continue to use this for sure!

Very good food, my dogs likes it especially turkey and salmon. Treats are great too.

We have used Paws on Plates for around two months and our surprisingly fussy Labrador loves it. He’s particularly keen on both of the salmon dishes but polishes the bowl every time, whatever the flavour. Very happy customers here!

I switched from Tails.com when I realised the ingredients had changed substantially and it was no longer a healthy option for my Westie. My dog loves Paws on Plates food and we feel much happier knowing he is eating nutritional meals. The choice is varied without being over the top and any issues we've had are always resolved super quick. The price point is also extremely good value in my opinion (especially compared to other brands who market themselves as healthy options but with questionable ingredients).

Brewster loves his Paws on Plates. I mean, it's true he'd eat literally anything, but he has definitely been thriving since we switched him from a raw diet last year. He's got bundles more energy than before, his coat is glossy and he looks a lot younger than his years. The meals look tasty and are clearly packed with nutrients, and the customer service from Sam and his team is top class. Brewster is a happy doggo and that means we're happy too.

We wanted to find a fresh food for our Dutch Shepherd dog and came across Paws on Plates. We were so impressed with the quality of the food and were so happy it came in recyclable boxes - we are always looking for more sustainable options! Our dog loves it so much, she keeps asking for more! It’s great for her health, coat, skin and teeth. Customer service also can’t be anymore perfect. Highly recommend!

. 3rd delivery, incorrect grams of food arrived. Replacements received.
. 4th delivery, no show. Replacement delivery, 1 of 6 foods missing. Replacement x1 received.
.5th delivery, not planned or paid for - received a complete order.
. 6th, there wont be a 6th!

So, to put that into context, for my 4 planned orders I received double the amount of parcels to correct all the mistakes!

Oh, my dog seems to enjoy the food.

It’s the first food I’ve found that my fussy Cavapoo enjoys! Also ordering and up-dating subscription is really easy and I appreciate that it comes every fortnight so that my freezer isn’t permanently filled with dog food!

My £84 order of dog food was never delivered, I emailed and was told my order would be sent the following week due to a courier problem. Again my order was not delivered, I’m not even sure it was dispatched as I never received a tracking email. That is two weeks I have spent waiting for my dog’s food that has cost a substantial amount of money. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for your dog food to be delivered reliably. I have used online subscription dog food before and this is the first time I have experienced this issue. I am now currently in the process of asking for a refund and my subscription cancelled which is a shame as my dog enjoyed the food.

My elderly GSD has colitis and food allergies and can be quite picky with foods. I had to switch her from a lifetime of raw food to cooked because of recurrent bouts of colitis.
This dog food she finds palatable, it’s kind on her gut and her coat has regained its shine.
The fish varieties are a bit rich for her, but the meat recipes are well balanced.
She misses the “crunch “ in her meals, they are a bit sloppy, so I do add a chicken wing with a meal a day.
My only gripe is the wastage with the eco packing. Other companies I’ve used with refrigerated delivery take back their wool liners. They are piling up and there’s only so much you can put on the garden.

My Border Terrier Lulu loves PoP. We’re trying it as an alternative to Different Dog, which she also loves. There have been no tummy issues on switching. She yips with delight and barks when it’s being prepared and obsessively licks her bowl clean. You wouldn’t know she had actually been fed, which is a great compliment. The food smells and looks great too! Keep up the great work and whatever you do, never compromise on quality. 5 out 5 paws! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I have tried many dog foods with my fussy eater, but this one tops the lot, clean bowl every time I feed him, well done, the customer service is brilliant, so is the food

We moved to Paws on Plates from Tuggs due to the packaging not being environmentally friendly from Tuggs, among other issues.
Firstly all the packaging is recyclable from paws on plates, secondly, and more importantly from my dogs point of view, the food quality is great, not as many flavour options as other, more expensive options, but that’s probably just me projecting, my dogs certainly loves them all, will be leaving the subscription running for this one!

I would like to thank and definately recommend Paws on Plates for looking after my German Shepherd Jaxon.
Jaxons coat was always itching and he was very uncomfortable. Despite many vet visits and chews off the Internet and an assortment of pills and potions nothing helped his skin.
I tried Paws on Plates after it was recommended to me by someone else and after all this time Jaxons itchy skin cleared ip. The food is all fresh and no horrible additives and he loved it.
Sam and his wonderful team were amazing.
I would recommend this food and this company time and time again.
Give them a go. If your dog has itchy skin it really works. No mimics.
