The process to book was simple and easy to compare prices.

I didn't like that I have to pay in USD for the deposit. Canadian credit cards charge a fee for foreign transactions.... so we pay more for the currency conversion. If we cancel we will not get the same amount back due to currency conversion.

Also, received an email for a discount if I rebook... again... doesn't buy me much with the currency conversion.

I have gone through numerous attempts to cancel this reservation. The park sleep fly site says to get a cancellation number from the hotel. The hotel says they cannot give a cancellation number since the third party was used. I have done everything I can to cancel this and here it has popped into my mailbox again today. Will never use this again!

Book the service and came down to the lobby 10 minutes early. Ride never showed up. Had to get an uber

It was great to go to one spot and see all the choice’s in one spot click pay and done

This facility was much nicer than some other park and fly locations near RDU. Staff were courteous and parking was easy in lighted parking lots (rather than being directed to the dark back lot).

My only complaint is really wishful thinking: so glad that their shuttle starts at 4:30 am, but they stop at midnight, so one is really disadvantaged if you have a delayed or late flight.

PS the shuttle driver and the dedicated van that serves only that hotel, not several others on each trip, were wonderful!

It was easy and nice to have our car safe while we were gone. Easy transport to our hotel to pick up our car, completely no charge!

We booked a park, sleep, fly and when we arrived at our hotel around 9pm they said they had no reservation for us from parksleepfly. They were also fully booked. We showed them the reservation email from parksleepfly which showed the correct hotel, address and phone number. Parksleepfly already took out our down payment. There is no number to call for parksleepfly so you can only send them a message. 5 days later and I still haven’t received a reply email or phone call about getting my deposit back. I had to call my credit card company and do a chargeback. There is no customer service!

The hotel room smelled wet and moldy and the elevator was broken. The shuttle was scheduled for 4 am and it came a few minutes late, which was fine, but it then proceeded to stop at 4 additional hotels on the way to the airport. Thankfully, we already had boarding passes and could go straight to the security line, but it took more than half an hour to get to the airport. That should have been made clear.

The driver was also a terrible driver both going to and coming from the airport. He drove way too fast and did not stop for traffic signs. It was dangerous.

The rides back and forth were great. However, upon my arrival, the First Lady at the front desk was a bit rude and gave us the farthest room possible. The blinds were not working, there was only one big towel and the bathroom mat, and we were two people. I had to walk to the front desk and ask for more in the morning. The shower was not working so I called the front desk, they sent a lady to fix it, could not fix it and I have to end up on a different room to take a shower.
When I brought all this to the front desk attention pink hair lady chewing gum, she just answered “ I know stuff was not working, well fix it “..
Not a single apology.
I will never make business with the Red Lion hotel!

ease of transaction

Hotel did not have room as booked. Did not advise till after check in. Hotel felt dirty and had odors. Room had large about of damage to walls, furniture, and floor. Also garage under bed. Parkflysleep did not do much to help. I don’t have confidence they would be there if there was a really big problem. Will just book directly with another property on the next trip. Recommend you do the same.

The website was very user friendly . Booking was very easy.

Loved the hotel; very clean, kind staff, quiet and convenient. However, the hotel had no record of our booking when we first arrived and had to go through emails to find our reservation. Might need to work on communication and streamlining the booking process.

It is very nice to sleep and then have a place to park your vehicle until you return

My car was parked at The Country Inn and was broken into. There was no staff member to report this to when I arrived to pick up my car. Very disappointed this incident scared my grandchildren, they were with me when we found the broken window and the mess they made in the car.

So incredibly convenient!
I live 90 miles from the airport and take early flights for the lower price. Your shuttle works perfectly for me!

Our hotel rooms were filthy. It smelled so very bad in our rooms. Never felt safe, many unsavory people in halls and outside.
