My car was parked at The Country Inn and was broken into. There was no staff member to report this to when I arrived to pick up my car. Very disappointed this incident scared my grandchildren, they were with me when we found the broken window and the mess they made in the car.

Our hotel rooms were filthy. It smelled so very bad in our rooms. Never felt safe, many unsavory people in halls and outside.

Great customer service! I made a mistake on my booking. The front desk associate kindly accommodated my needs. She helped carry my heavy suitcase up the 8 steps to the 1st floor guest rooms. My only complaint is the STEPS! Definitely not handicapped accessible! Or Elderly friendly with the steps! It needs to be on the booking website there is no elevator and no luggage cart! I felt sorry for the people on the second floor having to drag their luggage up 2 flights of stairs! Transportation driver was friendly. Easy access to and from airport.

Older but very classic…great rooms, great breakfast, great service, long term parking.

They cancelled my reservation the day before the trip leaving us stranded and did not refund my money. they are crooks and scam you out of money. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this matter. Just refund my money.

I had a great experience using ParkSleepFly in Orlando! It made traveling so much easier knowing that my hotel stay, parking, and airport transportation were all taken care of in one place.

Helpful friendly staff, clean rooms and the shuttle was fabulous by picking up under ten minutes. It was raining and he dropped us off right where our car was parked.

The website is user friendly! It was easy to find the hotel/parking that we needed.

The carpet in hallways are absolutely disgusting. Room was ok…. Would never come back.

Easy to understand make reservation

The hotel was not nice. Next time I’ll just book at the hotel at the airport. Unfortunate because we do parksleepfly often and this hotel was not good.

The booking was so easy I wasn't sure I had really done it until the confirmation email arrived. Options were clear. Hotel notes about shuttle times having the red alert were pertinent and helpful. I cannot think of another online purchase that was so smooth and easy.

Do not book with this company! I paid $392 in advance using my credit card for a hotel and parking package to fly from Washington DC. Today when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that no rooms were available for my booked date.
When I called parksleepfly customer service to resolve this, the experience was a nightmare:
• Hung up on me three times when I tried to explain the situation.
• Refused to cooperate or provide a straightforward refund for the service they failed to deliver.
• Attempted a gift card scam by offering a $200 gift card instead of a refund, but demanding I pay an additional $8 delivery fee.
• Insisted on re-collecting my credit card and address details over the phone, even though they already had my booking reference and original payment information.
This company is highly unprofessional, uncooperative, and engages in incredibly suspicious billing practices. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away!

We needed to cancel because the airline wouldn’t allow us to cancel part of our trip. We needed to cancel the park and fly and they said it is not refundable. What a rip off. I didn’t realize that. Will not ever use again!
