Booking process very easy. Everything was clearly laid out, the date to sleep, how many days to park, so I didn't really have to worry about whether I was picking the right dates. All information I wanted, example a shuttle to bring me to airport, was all there.

I've been paying $300 a night and the shuttle driver did not show up! I had to try something different. I can't believe the price! I hope the shuttle gets us to our airport on time. The ease of booking this was excellent. If the shuttle works I'm going to use parksleepfly for all my travel. Thanks!

Upon return from our trip, the parking lot of the Hilton hotel had been repaved. Our car was covered in black tar specs from the repaving

The room was very dirty
The room was very dirty, I slept in my clothes. There were stains on the bed comforter and wash clothes. Nothing was said about the remodel and carpet being ripped out on the first floor. People just had to walk around all the mess and traffic in the hallways. I had no hand towels in the room. My window was open and the screen was hanging off. The hotel states they have a shuttle to the airport. That is not correct, they call an UBER/LYFT so then I wait and then wait some more after my first UBER cancelled. It was a very stressful stay.

First Time Booking
The process to book was simple and easy to compare prices.
I didn't like that I have to pay in USD for the deposit. Canadian credit cards charge a fee for foreign transactions.... so we pay more for the currency conversion. If we cancel we will not get the same amount back due to currency conversion.
Also, received an email for a discount if I rebook... again... doesn't buy me much with the currency conversion.

I have gone through numerous attempts…
I have gone through numerous attempts to cancel this reservation. The park sleep fly site says to get a cancellation number from the hotel. The hotel says they cannot give a cancellation number since the third party was used. I have done everything I can to cancel this and here it has popped into my mailbox again today. Will never use this again!
