Easy to book and shuttle was no waiting

Park sleep fly offers great value and the website is easy to book.

The hotel where we could use the parksleepfly option was billed as Wyndham. In reality, it was a Days Inn.
It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport instead of looking for parking. The app was easy to use.

We had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites Portland Airport! We stayed Monday, October 5th through Tuesday, October 6th, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience a great one.

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service. The shuttle service was excellent and made getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. We also left our car at the hotel for an additional week while we traveled, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. It’s clear that this team truly understands what great customer service means. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, welcoming, and made us feel like valued guests.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend TownePlace Suites Portland Airport to anyone traveling through Portland. Great hotel, great staff, and truly fantastic service!

Easy to find a hotel and read reviews about shuttle experiences to find one that would work for me. I did call the property directly to verify they are pet friendly because I couldn't find that option on your site.

My family has been using Park Sleep Fly for years and love it. It eliminates the stress of driving to the airport in the early morning traffic or driving home late at night. The process is super easy and there are plenty of hotel choices!

If your thinking about it.... Do yourself a favor and just dont. This was an absolute disaster and made for a very miserable evening. I booked for one night one room, I got a call just before check in stating they have no rooms available. It was already hard enough to get a room near the airport. Im still waiting for a refund. This whole operation feels like a money grab..

This is by far the WORST PARK PLACE IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES! I wish google allows you to put a negative 100 as a review. They definitely need to be out of business on the unprofessionalism and many broken promises.

I booked a reservation for 8/14-8/16. Upon arriving on 8/14 there was no one on the lot. When I called the # 201-240-2834 and spoke to Tony, he asked for me to take an uber or Lyft and he will reimburse me via Zelle. I was stranded in Kearny and needed to get to Newark Airport for my flight. I had booked a Lyft ride for a total of $39.00

On 8/16 when I returned, I had called the number again and spoke to Tony. He stated the shuttle just left and will call me right back. I waited 10 minutes and called him back. He proceeded to tell me there was an issue with one of the passengers and to book another Lyft and he will reimburse me when the bookkeeper comes to the lot. I told Tony he was supposed to Zelle me the first charge and now his story is that he the bookkeeper will Zelle me the cost. I proceeded to send him the 2nd charge which was $34.06. The charges are now totaling for a total of $73.06 which was more than the $29.15 I paid to park there with shuttle service!

On 8/17 I called and spoke to Tony again. He stated the bookkeeper is having problems with his Zelle, and it should be resolved the next day on 8/18.I followed up with the text recapping our phone conversation on the same day. On 8/26 I had texted Tony informing I still do not have any resolution and didn’t receive a response.

On 8/31 I texted Tony as I called prior to the text and no one answered. I had asked for the owner’s name and number to contact them. Of course, I didn’t get a response back.

9/8 I called from my phone number, and it didn’t ring but went right to a message saying the voicemail is not set up. I called 2 times and received the same messaged. I had asked my coworker to call the number and SURPRISE tony picks up the call. I told him I have an active financial dispute that requires an authorized manager and asked for direct contact name and number. Tony informed me the name of the owner or manager is Victor Gallow. When searching it states the listed owner associated with the business is Antonio Lopez!
I told him how funny when I called from my number it didn’t go through. He gave me some excuse about his grand daughter playing with his phone.

Tony has been feeding my lies and stories since DAY ONE! He has displayed unprofessionalism and even hung up on me one time. He acts like I am bothering him where I am the one who is bothered as a customer. I just want what is owed to me as a customer! I have attached pictures, call logs and texts to show the extent of me trying to get reimbursed for the Lyft charges.

on 9/11 Tony finally texted me stating he will send me a money order. I gave him my bank address.9/16 i texted him asking if it was sent and of course no response. on 9/21 i call and asked if it was sent, he stated it was sent that day.

I sent an email to info@parkandsailnj ( which is the same company) on 9/8, 9/11, 9/17 and today. NOONE HAS RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. I called Tony twice today and he didn't answer. SHOCKER. I left him a very nice message (sarcasm) and told him the company and him are scammers. I will be reporting him and the company to BB and make EVERYONE KNOW not to use their service. I also texted him the same thing.

Tony just texted me stating" I have no idea what you're talking about the ck was sent out." I responded informing him its been more than a week and nothing was received. It doesnt take this long for a ck or money order to arrive in UNION CITY from KEARNY!

I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDELENT PLACE WHAT SO EVER! I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON.
