This facility was much nicer than some other park and fly locations near RDU. Staff were courteous and parking was easy in lighted parking lots (rather than being directed to the dark back lot).... Mehr ansehen

No Changes No Cancelations No Refunds
I’m leaving a two star for a better chance you’ll read my review. I’m not a complainer, I just want the promises of “free refunds” kept. I have had successful experiences in past however, for our upcoming trip, I had to change or cancel dates and rebook. Park Sleep fly could not accommodate this request and dished me off to the hotel for the cancellation and refund. Park Sleep Fly made my res. and took my $57 deposit for this Feb 2027 reservation (cancelled 10/3/26). I had to cancel with the hotel directly, but they directed me back to park sleep fly for the refund, appropriately so. Now crickets from PSF.
Moral of the story here is Park sleep fly is great until you have to make a change or cancel. You will not be accommodated and you will lose your deposit! They are all-in to take your money but disappear if you need to change or cancel. NEVER AGAIN. I won’t repeat this mistake.

It was easy to book for my reservation.
I liked when they called me back on my cellphone to verify my reservation.
I love the idea to leave my car at the hotel while I travel & that they will drop me off at the airport & pick me up on my return.
I am looking forward to my stay there.

If I had an option for 0 I would have clicked it. Disgusting hotel we had to leave and not even stay. They have rooms in the basement, unsafe hotel, unsafe area and potential bed bug as per other reviews. The person at the desk refused to cancel our reservation and we had to find alternative sleeping arrangements. If park sleep fly cares about their reputation they should remove this location
