Paid 170 (taxes included) for a $70 room. Would have been cheaper and better to stay in a nice room and pay for garage parking at the airport. Breakfast served cold in styrofoam boxes.

front desk couldn't give me a receipt…
front desk couldn't give me a receipt at check in. the coffee machine was out and when I let the front desk guy know he just informed me they are just out and nothing he could do. the shuttle driver at pick up at the airport went to several gates with just 1 seat open and talked to 5 people trying to get them on the van and stated it was for him to get more tips. took us 1 hour from getting on the van to drop off at hotel after driving in front of the hotel going to other hotels 1st.then griping about 1 customer the way he talked to him after he got off. not very professional saying the more people he picks up the more tips he gets.

Website was easy for this Senior to navigate. Location of hotel ideal from direction we are arriving from and I really appreciate that we could leave our car for just over 2 weeks.

Didn’t even stay after booking!!!!
Couldn’t stay at the hotel…sheets covered in stains. Don’t stay at Days Inn Indianapolis Airport. Lucky we canceled with parksleepfly just before 24 hours for their fee refunded. Hotel refunded the room no questions asked after showing pics. Drove an extra hour and a half to just drive back that night and back up the next morning at 4:00 am.

My hotel didn’t even know they were a part of this website. Their shuttle didn’t run until 8am and they did NOT offer protected parking. Nightmare. Please remove them from your website.
