I may have been hesitate at first, but this was a great experience. All of the pre-bookings and plans that were done were amazing, even their suggestions made everything so easy and made the experience worth while. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

What a wonderful vacation! Given how perfectly suited to our style all of our experiences ~ and our amazing hotel ~ were, it's hard to believe the team made it possible with responses to just a few simple questions. We were elated with everything and appreciated the thorough, easy-to-follow folder of materials as a guide. What a way to travel!

We used Pack Up & Go for our honeymoon and we are over the moon with the service we received! They booked us at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama and we were treated like royalty! The Pack Up & Go team checked in with us multiple times during our stay and made reservations for several things for us… we definitely recommend letting them handle your next trip!!!

We love using pack up and go to celebrate our anniversary. This year was a truly wonderful trip filled with fun activities, great food, and some much needed relaxation. We can’t wait for our next trip!

We had a great surprise trip and really enjoyed our stay in Seattle.

What a fun way to take a trip! The planners were very responsive and everything was very much to our tastes. They gave us lots of suggestions to fill our time in addition to the planned activities. (We didn't have time to do much more than what they planned. But now we have suggestions for a return to the city we visited!) My only suggestion to the planners is asking if guests have travel accounts with any airlines for preferred boarding in addition to TSA precheck. Being able to board earlier has its perks, too.

Our trip was perfectly catered to our interests! It was by far better than any trip my husband and I would have would have put together ourselves. The fact that the scheduled events were included in the price made it really nice, too! We'll definitely be taking another trip with them.

This is my second trip with Pack Up + Go, and my experience the second time was VASTLY different than the first. There were three issues I had with this trip:

First: We signed up for an Outdoors Road Trip, and that is decidedly NOT the trip that was booked. The website states that for Outdoor trips, cabins, BnBs, or boutique hotels are booked. They had us in a chain hotel in the middle of a large city downtown. We had exactly ONE activity booked for the entire trip. The suggested packing list included swimsuits, beach towels, and activewear. Our first night they had a dinner reservation for an upscale restaurant, which we had to change because none of us had packed appropriate attire. Our itinerary had a day trip to a "nearby" (45 minute drive) town -- a town that had accommodations that much more closely matched what we thought we'd be getting based on the trip description. Why they didn't just have us stay in that town, I will never understand.

Second: The suggestions for places to visit or things to do were abysmally under-researched. They specifically mentioned in the packing list email that our hotel had an indoor pool that we could enjoy; that pool has been drained of water for over a month. They suggested we visit a bookstore that has been permanently closed for who knows how long. Several of the stores and markets were closed on the days that we were visiting. As a result, we had to create our own itinerary for much of the trip.

Third: They charged us for expenses that were not actually incurred. When I asked for a breakdown of how funds were allocated, I noted a $90 charge for valet. When speaking with the hotel concierge, I learned that the parking/valet were included in the room price, so that $90 was entirely erroneous.

When I contacted customer service about the issues we had with our itinerary, they did return the $90 charge and half of the service fee. That said, I will likely not use this service again. A word of caution if you do decide to move forward:
1. Be SPECIFIC about what you do/don't want to do, and how you want the budget to be allocated (i.e. I would rather stay in simpler accommodations and have more money for tickets/experiences).
2. Even if you have no issues with your trip, ask for a copy of the budget allocation so that you can ensure there were no erroneous charges.

The booking process was so easy with Pack Up + Go. I am a busy full time working mom and I always have to schedule/plan everything. I LOVED (and cannot stress enough) that I did not have to plan a single thing. Everything was done for me. Great city and variety of activites with my 4yr old.

Everything was great and cannot wait to use Pack Up + Go again!

I had this planned for my husband and I's 10 year wedding anniversary. We took a trip into New England and road tripped our way down the coast! It was absolutely amazing. Everything from them planning and communication, the flights, hotels and bed & breakfasts, the prepaid activities, the dinner reservations, and the big white folder of literally EVERYTHING we needed to know. So organized to make everything flow perfectly. Definitely will be using them again in the future!

I saw this on a social media ad and added it to my bucket list. If you have to be in control of every detail, this is NOT for you. For those of you that are very sporadic and adventurous, this is for YOU!

I can say this was definitely not worth the $1400 total that I forked out for this experience. First, my budget was a road trip for $1000. Second, I was charged $100 in taxes. Third, gas and food was $200-300 more and NOT included. Fourth, Pack Up’s service fee was $229.

I reviewed the website for the cabin (which were tiny houses on wheels), the price was $269/night FEES INCLUDED. Apparently, Pack Up paid an extra $140+ in fees. The experience of all day kayaking was as expected, even though I brought my own kayak and only utilized the shuttle service for myself. My friend needed a rental and shuttle was included. Food and gas was NOT included,

Originally, this trip was solo, and I would have been extremely disappointed in the experience. It was nothing that I haven’t already done on my own, including kayaking on this particular river. I also have a small camping trailer. However, I ended up bringing a friend and it was an exciting experience for her, but even she said, not worth $1400.

IF I EVER choose to use Pack Up + Go again, I would do a flight out of my home state. Earlier this year, I used “Journee” for an international experience and got 8 days in Spain, flight included for $2100.

Just got back from New Orleans our experience there was so much fun. We had a blast. The dinner places i that was chosen was great. We went on a swamp ride. We did the Mardi Gras display. It was wonderful everything about it was wonderful thank you so much pack and go.We can’t wait to plan another trip !

Absolutely recommend. There is not one thing I would have changed about our experience. It was so nice to not have to make any decisions. We will be using this service again. And I have so many friends wanting to try it now. Thank you!!!

We had a great time on our trip! Pack Up + Go was easy to work with, checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well, and just made it a fun experience. I can’t wait to book our next trip!

I loved the surprise element. The amount of research that I didn't have to do before made it that more special. The information provided was thorough and well presented. They also made sure to include as much from our preference sheet as they could.
I also appreciated that they were available for any questions and their responses were very personal.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing and we will be repeat customers once we have our fall schedules put together! The surprise element was extremely fun, we enjoyed that dinner reservations were in already in place, and the days had one booked excursion for just a few hours to not overbook the day so that we could explore the rest of the day. The planned activities aligned with what we enjoy as well! The hotel was lovely and perfectly located.

For constructive feedback, I would pay close attention to the age brackets of the travellers when booking restaurants. One of the restaurants we went to had great food, wine and service, but the average age of the clientele before we walked in was around mid 20s and the noise level made it impossible to have a conversation.

Aside from this very minor piece of constructive feedback, we had a blast and we will book again!

Having options and ideas for the weekend really saved us when I was struck ill and could not participate in the special activity for the day. The agents I worked with to return early were prompt, kind, and incredibly professional.

The trip was great. We had some travel issues at the beginning due to weather but the company helped get it all sorted. The only critique I have is I would have liked the to have had the tour event earlier in the week to help acclimate us to the city.
