I purchased twice from them however yesterday 29th April 2025 they helped themselves to my card putting me in the Red, I'm not happy and now having to try get my money back 😡

if I could give no stars I would like the last reviewer, I too was charged on my credit card for no order made, like the last person, I did make a purchase back in March, but I just discovered they have charged me a higher amount last Friday when I did not make an order.

Shady business. Used my card details to make unauthorized payment from my bank account. I did a purchase from them in March(a tag-removing spray). I made the payment due at that point. Later they used this card details to take money from my account. Do not give bank details to this website ozerty.co.nz

Ordered a $15 step counter and had a $22.66 services charge added. The company will not cancel orders.

What a scam company, total of $40.33 but bank charge of $70.33.

These people l Ozerty are out and out scammers. I bought a pair of compression socks for $9 plus change. I rejected their offers when they also tried to add on postage to their “free postage” in order to get earlier delivery. Then at checkout I see they added $38 for processing or some other such B/S. They also added packaging and handling! I have locked my card and will have to replace it. DONT TRADE WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!

Have had to get a new bankcard as I see they take monthly subscription fees with no authority either.

Bloody rip off! They advertise reasonable prices then without your knowledge they add $34 for services as an additional fee. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! No idea what "services" is.

I put the item in my cart, started the check out process, but the charges and delivery expectations kept changing so I didn't proceed with the order.
They then took the funds and completed the order without my approval or submit. They have refused to cancel order, it hasn't arrived 2 weeks later, and their NZ phone number goes no where.

They advertise a price and charge you more. Reported to ACCC.

Worst experience:

I bought a product for $25 but they charged me $65.

Surely will loot your money once they receive your card details.
Avoid searching this site and keep away from them.

Scammed me after adding an extra $50. I didn’t even confirm the order. Don’t use this company. Also I never even received the order I supposedly bought.

Scam stay clear of this site on their purchase $27 NZD next minute another $65.40 USD. Showed me the tick boxes I had opted for shipping and Insurance and I know for a fact I did not tick these. I ordered the product 8 April it is now 17 April which for paid shipping I shuld have recived it by now. RIP OFFS!!!

These makeup sponge are soft and ideal for light product like powder and blush. Easy to clean and a great addition to my beauty routine

Scam - purchase was $28 when on to my bank acc and was charged $62. There was no warning on my invoice when i pressed the pay button.
Immediately emailed to cancel order and get money back. Got an email saying to reply to their email with my order number and email address i purchased from. They guaranteed a 24 hr response. 48hrs later and 2 follow up emails, NO RESPONSE from them at all.

Worst online or retail “service” I have ever experienced. There is no doubt in my mind they are offering a well thought through SCAM. Every step of the way they deceive you into thinking you will pay X, but they take 3x X from you once you enter your cr card details. Buyer beware!!!

Super dodgy, avoid this scamming site!
On the check out page it popped up 4 pages of extra services to add on, after declined them all, still ended up $36 'eco charge' on my bill. No way to cancel, phone call is never picked up, the first minute next morning it got 'dispatched' which was ridiculous, and somehow at night my email got replied, with a precooked message of shaking all their responsibilities clean.
Pay $36 to get a free shipping (takes 2-4 weeks) is what you'll get from this website.

I have received fantastic customer service. I was worried when I read the reviews but I definitely received the spray and fast response to my emails. I will rate the spray after 2 months of using it

Spray didn't work.

Followed link from well known NZ media page, purchased tool, found extra $45 dollar charge on credit card as 'hidden' ECO charge. Now Ozerty taking $59.99 out of credit card each month. From Ozerty nz online - listed phone number returns: "not allocated or temporarily unavailable", one reply from listed email seemed like AI and then no replies. From Australian website - phone numbers just not answered. TOTAL SCAM SITE. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.

Absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY from this website. They charged me $53 for some rubbish service fee, then when I asked for a refund they refunded me for the item I purchased for $18.i received my order and it broke within a day.
Don't be fooled by cheap prices
