DROP SHIPPERS - They do not have product in stock in New Zealand, they're in China pretending to be a Kiwi business, these are drop shippers that just sold me a $20 alarm from Temu that they've put a $30 margin on total $50 - I bought from this site because I wanted the FAST DELIVERY AKA LOCAL DELIVERY FROM A STORE NOT AN INTERNATIONAL DELAYED DELIVERY FROM CHINA.

This company is selling FAKE capacity SSD's etc. $48 for a 1TB SSD external hard drive when ALL other players are selling these for $600 is a clue that these are fake ! Guaranteed to contain a micro SD card of low capacity & firmware built into the unit which constantly overwrites data on the drive fooling the computer into thinking the copy operation is successful. Alibaba & Temu are flooded with these devices & fake reviews, the old adage, if it's too good to be true, then it isn't, definitely holds true for these devices.

Appallingly bad. Item is a piece of rubbish. DO NOT purchase

They sent the wrong item which I can't use. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. Waste of $50 which i can't afford to lose, but it's gone with probably zero chance of any refund or replacement.

I bought a 2tb Micro SD card from here & it was only 32 gb. It also corrupted the data I loaded onto it & I had to redownload. Dodgy site

I purchased the AgeWell Senior Smartwatch – Wellness & Safety Tracker.
It is absolutely useless.
The straps are very stiff don't fit properly snuggle to wrist. The straps are supposed to snap on easily, very difficult to get on. The strap over the charging arm, I couldn't remove it to charge again. Charge lasted less than a day. Did not record my steps correctly. The B/P and pulse are totally incorrect. It told me my pulse was 98 when it was infact 58.
Totally useless.

The product I bought broke very quickly and I have been unable to contact the merchants despite many attempts. Buyer beware!

Total scam. Sent a fake SD card. Doesn't work, can't be formatted. No reply from emails, & their "easy return policy" requires sending an email to an address that doesn't exist.

Smartwatch? Not smart at all! Doesn't stay connected and today has steps from yesterday.
Claims to measure blood sugar - as i thought, it does not. Blood pressure the same. I admit I didn't think it would but...
Do not buy this watch - absolute ripoff! Took weeks to arrive, too. Non responsive to emails and NOT based in NZ despite the URL.

Don't buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but did not realise they were not a NZ company. They are in Romania. My seniors watch came from China, & does not work properly. Their Return Policy page is a scam. They do not reply to the info@ emails and the returns@ email "does not exist" according to the emails that have bounced back to me. The postage to return to Romania is high and the Refund Policy page says that you must not return anything without prior approval. I am now out of pocket.

Bought a little travel USB-chargeble man’s razor arrived 19 January 2026, which stopped working after less than 5 weeks. Shame was quite handy but clearly very shoddily put together. No obvious mechanism for complaints through the website. Lesson learnt.

Senior smart watch - absolute rubbish never worked at all - waste of money

Don't buy from them, Wish I read the reviews first, I bought from them thinking I was buying from a nz company, but they operate from china, the product did arrive 8 days later, but it's cheap quality definitely not worth the money I paid.

Reversing camera was rubbish and I couldn’t get it to Bluetooth to phone to view image as advertised. Had to download an app and still couldn’t get it working.
Very cheap and nasty product for price.

Purchased some insoles. Easy to put into your shoes. Good for people who work retail, in a hospital, teachers, etc. Long lasting comfort.

Good range of products and overall solid experience. The jumper I bought was soft and fit well, but it took an extra couple of days to arrive. Apart from that, I’m happy with the purchase, I got a mini camera at a resonable price, but don't expect the world.

The bird feeder I purchased arrived damaged, as it was not packaged well. Just chucked in a box with no filler to keep from moving within the box. MY BIGGEST bugbear is nzmartys two email options came back as “address not found”!
