Had a dreadful experience with this company. They advertise as a boutique NZ company and has also advertised closing down sale for months now. I ordered a pair of ankle boots and was sent the wrong style and wrong colour. The quality was awful and although they stated that refunds were not given on sale items, I thought that as the mistake was clearly made by them I should be entitled to a refund. After several emails from me, to which they replied, but still refused ro give me a refund. Do not buy from this company !!
