Previously with Vodafone, where their support was terrible. I contacted Olilo last week, and after speaking with Aydan he answered all my questions super-fast! The switch took only 3 days to complete, and I'm getting the fastest speeds from my package already, along with a much lower ping!

They have a community Discord where everyone I've interacted has been helpful, funny and friendly. If you're a techy person, this is the ISP for you, but don't let that statement deter you away if you're not techy as it's for everyone.

Keep the fast support and network optimizations going as you are, and this is an ISP that is going to keep on growing!

After months of frustration with my last ISP, especially since February when the connection started becoming unreliable. I decided to make the switch to Olilo and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

From day one, the difference has been night and day. My ping is consistently low, the connection is stable, the static IP doesn’t change, and I’ve had zero downtime since joining.

Despite Olilo being a fairly new provider, it was well worth taking the dive. Not only has the service been rock solid, but the Discord community is full of likeminded, friendly people who are always willing to help not just with broadband issues, but with tech in general. It’s a refreshing change to feel part of a community that genuinely wants to help each other out.

If you're tired of instability and poor support from other providers, Olilo is a breath of fresh air.

Low latency internet. Went from 23ms on Virgin Media to 8ms in COD. Good speeds at a good price.

Just switched to Olilo today and I made the right choice, the staff are great very helpful and always on hand if you have any issues, I had a slight problem but it was on my side not theirs Aydan was on the phone straight away trying to talk me through it and sort it out, in a matter of minutes I was connected. Ping is very low and getting super fast download and upload speeds as advertised.

Switching from another provider was quick and easy, all sales and onboarding emails where clear and informative.

Speeds after the switch are fast and exactly as sold and haven't seen any increases in latency throughout the day. ipv6 works out of the box (unlike my previous supplier)

Hassle free, OTS switch from my previous provider was seamless. Olilo just works right out the box, full speed whatever time of the day you speedtest, none of this peak time latency increase like other providers.

Having moved over from an alternate ISP the switch was smooth and live when they said it would be (One Touch Switch).

Speeds have been spot on and questions answered promptly.... It just works.

I did an OTS (One touch switch) from my previous provider, I was connected quickly and when they said I would be, and i've had zero issues since.

What can I say? Olilo are a an ISP who have a no BS approach - no contracts, fast speeds, low latency, built by techs who really know their stuff.

Migrated across to them within 48 hours of signing up and straight away got 2gig down and 1gig up (the max for my line on CityFibre) and average a 3ms ping.

The Olilo community is also fantastic - some really enthusiastic techies who are always happy to help. Even the owners of the ISP are extremely active in there practically offering 24/7 support (I swear they never sleep!)

All in all, a brilliant ISP, who do genuinely care about their customers, take suggestions on board and am excited to see them grow and the direction they go in with their services.

Great experience. Did one touch switch from my previous provider. Engineer arrived on time and swapped over my ONT with City Fibre to give me access to those extra speeds. Online within minutes. Had some issues accessing certain sites and Olilo spent all evening troubleshooting with me. Turned out to be an issue with my equipment and not the Olilo service. Can’t fault the support and customer service. Blazing fast, no issues, happy household. 1000% recommended. Olilo is going to change the face of super fast broadband.

Olilo is an ISP with a true passion for the technology behind them. They are fully transparent, helpful and so performant it's insane. I could not recommend them more if I tried.

The move from another ISP to Olilo was so incredibly smooth it makes me want to switch to them a few more times 😆

They've taken advantage of OTS or 'One touch switch' and executed it flawlessly. I was up and running bright and early on the switch day, compare that to the 4-days I went without internet when I moved from one ISP to another in early 2024; needless to say I was not a happy bunny.

At any rate, Olilo has been great in the first couple of days, with friendly staff and a growing community of like-minded folks.
