I've been with numerous ISPs throughout the years and this is the best one hands down. One main thing for me is being able to actually speak to support that you can understand and they understand your issue. I had a few issues with the set up of a router but the staff and community helped massively in the Discord to help resolve

Best Internet Provider. Dealt with Virgin Media and BT in the past and as soon as I found them through the (OpenReach Provider List) I knew they where the one.
No fluff, No emotional marketing, just straight talking, knowledgable information.
Since joining them. They have REDUCED my bill, by 3.00, for no reason than their own prices went down and so the savings were passed down to customers.

I chose the prosumer offering, which was smooth as butter, the Openreach Engineer whom had to install a newer ONT box for the upgraded speeds, was friendly and done everything he could. Olilo support was amazingly simple and easy. I received an email with my credentials and I was connected, easy peazy.
Having a internet provider's support being on Discord, was a fresh but curiously skeptical idea of support, but it works.
Olilo as a whole thing is a breathe of fresh internet.

Super quick responses via email or on discord, genuinely nice people that are actually technical to help solve the rare issues as they come up. This ISP is building a real community amongst it's customers as well, which is actually really well run!

Olilo has been an unreal ISP to have and their support team is second to none, they have staff members and management that actually care about the issues raised and will always endeavour to get the outcome that you want. Which is rare these days. I had an issue with IPv6 and even though it ended up being my instance of Pfsense in the end, they were more than happy to go through troubleshooting steps to get it resolved. Including reaching out to Velox to see if anything can be done. Something which I know many companies wouldn't have done.

I joined Olilo in its initial stage, I didn’t even consider another ISP as soon as I saw CityFibre was live at my address.
In fact, Aydan ordered service *minutes* after my address was ready for service… any other ISP could never.
I’ve never had any issues (like genuinely, nothing) from the minute my service went live, the only Olilo downtime was around 15 seconds when I switched from PPPoE to DHCP many months ago.
The support is second to NONE, not only from the Olilo team but the Discord community too. Tickets are basically DMs, imagine not being on hold and actually speaking to someone who knows what you’re talking about 🤯
Nerdy? Considering BGP? Want to show off 2.3Gbps? Have a weird network setup? Want to be taken seriously when you complain about a 2ms ping increase? 30 day contracts?
Olilo is for you, Olilo is for everyone!

I've joined as an early joiner. Since then, I've migrated over to DHCP (from PPPoE), had IP address migrations and whenever I've had issues, the team have responded within minutes. If you have your own equipment, they're worth it

I've been with Olilo coming up a year and it's been fantastic. I'm on their OpenReach service and it's been absolutely rock solid, and with a latency of 6ms I really can't complain. My router claims a WAN uptime of 100% and that I'm actually consistently exceeding the quoted max speeds for line even during peak hours.
Olilo is pretty new but having spoken to a few members of the team they're professional and know their stuff, and treated me the same. They have clearly learned the industry and how to make it better.
I'm a software engineer on their prosumer package and it is exactly the reliable service I need for working from home. For people like myself I'm very happy to rank Olilo above even Zen, who are also a fantastic ISP that I have no hesitation to recommend.

From the first contact to now months later it has just been smooth sailing.
It really is no-nonsense broadband which is quite refreshing.
On top of that it's rolling monthly so no long lock in, what more could you want.

Went with Olilo because of bad experience with bigger/major broadband providers.
I have my own equipment, I don't want an ISP router and have to drop it back in whenever the connection has issues in order to get support. I want static IPv4 and IPv6, I want modern support options like discord.
Olilo offer all this at an awesome price point (especially compared to other 'technical' ISPs like A&A) - they've even dropped the contract prices for _everyone_ just a few weeks after I signed up.
Their communication and support is great; someone helped me on discord sort out an issue with my IPv6 at 10pm on a Friday night, even though it was mostly a config issue on my side.
Did I mention they recently started offering Eero hardware at over 50% off RRP for both customer AND non-customers? Just because they're a great bunch of people, looking out for other like minded individuals.
Absolutely fantastic, excellent platform, fantastic staff, an above and beyond company with exceptionally high morals.

Best ISP I have had.
Easily the best ISP I've been with and I signed up fairly early on during the beta period. The only issues I've had were the fault of CityFibre (damaged fibre in the cabinet when they installed another house on my street) or their equipment (ONT failed). In both cases Olilo had an engineer out the next day as early as possible to get it fixed.
They've been super helpful with anything I've asked on Discord and are refreshingly transparent.

Excellent provider, service is exactly as described with 24/7/365 full speeds and super low latency. Been with them a while now and had no issues at all.
I love that the guys are always accessible via Discord (although I've never needed them yet). They are always active and available and participate in chats about tech, computing and networking.
A special call out to Aydan who helped me move quickly when the previous provider let me down and I had no service whilst myself and my wife were both working from home. Many thanks mate, it was very much appreciated and unusual for any provider to care that much.
If you are considering Olilo, I can highly recommend them, and as they do monthly rather than forced long contact options, give them a no risk try!

Very unique isp that is perfect for people who want to control and own as much of their internet connection as possible. Get static and multiple IPs which I haven't found any providers do bar lease lines.

I was with Yayzi and was worried I would get disconnected before any stable supplier could support me!, I heard of Olilo and spoke via Discord and applied on their website, It was like day and night between Yayzi to Olilo as they arranged for my upgraded ONT with a mega quick appointment in less than a week, Could not be happier with an upfront supplier who has great online support, Highly recommended!

Joined in November 25 after my previous supplier rebranded and transferred me to a different ISP I wasn't happy about. Since day 1 it has been awesome. I didn't even have to handle the switch, I joined the discord and spoke to Liam who handled the switch and kept me informed every step of the way. Switch went through without a hitch and having taken the highest 2.3Gb service i have had no issues for the 6 months or so I've been a customer. Full speed and the admins on the discord are very active should a problem arise i have no worries that i wouldn't be able to get help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olilo to others if its available in their area!
