Olilo and their staff have been outstanding from the very beginning. I recently switched from EE to Olilo due to the unstable and slow speeds I was experiencing on EE’s gigabit plan. I opted for Olilo’s 2.5 gigabit plan, and the service has been rock solid ever since.
Olilo also provided excellent customer support throughout the transition. EE terminated my service earlier than the agreed-upon date during the broadband switch, which left me without internet for several days. However, Olilo’s staff were kind enough to offer me a complimentary unlimited SIM card and, even more impressively, arranged a temporary Openreach service to cover the period until CityFibre completed my new installation.

Absolute 10/10 ISP. Used to be with Vodafone and I thought they were decent. Olilo is better in every single way, zero faults.

I discovered Olilo while looking for a connection that met my somewhat specific criteria.
No PPPoE, Symmetrical, Static IP Included, >1GbE connections and support for user supplied hadware without costing the earth.
Olilo easily met these so I bit the bullet, killing my iDnet contract several months early (woo exit fees) and it has honestly been worth it, so far I've not had any service issues but even from interactions on their discord you can see the team love the product and want to do right by every one of their customers, often going above and beyond what I've seen from other much larger ISP's.
I still want to blame Aydan for everything though.

Joined Olilo back in May, had no issues at all with service. Not a blip of downtime at all. The support over in their discord is fast and there’s usually someone around who can help - weather that’s staff or a member of the community there!

I’ve been part of this company’s community for a while, and recently decided to take the plunge and switch my broadband from BT over to them — and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Aydan and the team are fantastic. The community is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely helpful. Having worked in the broadband industry myself before changing careers, it’s refreshing to see something truly innovative, well-priced, and customer-focused enter the market.
I recommend them to all my friends and family, and to anyone even considering switching broadband or mobile — especially now they offer SIMs too.
I genuinely can’t understand the one-star reviews. My experience, and that of many others I know, has been nothing short of excellent from day one.

Super responsive at sorting post sign up technical issue and then a billing issue. When I joined my checks did not indicate I would need a new ONT as was on 2gb with previous provider but upon install it was found I would actually need a better ONT. I used the discord and had a response within minutes and an appointment was booked and all fixed within a few days. On my first bill it had a charge for install but this was incorrect. Again a simple no hassle message on the discord and was fixed in no time. You join a company like this and pay a little more than the big ones for the customer service. This sort of service is what makes them different. That and awesome speeds. If they keep up this level of 1:1 service as they grow you should not hesitate to join,

Great ISP that cares about their customers and the technical side of things. Had to contact support once for a minor issue and received an answer within minutes and it was resolved straight away.

Absolutely fantastic ISP, a breath of fresh air to speak with people who know what they are doing.
Seamless service and their switch to DHCP was painless.
They've been very quick to answer all my questions in detail in discord, no matter how technical.

I swapped from Vodafone nearly a year ago, due to high ping and latency on their network. The move to Olilo was seamless, went without a hitch and the team were on hand for any support. My latency is now around 5-8ms compared to 20-30ms before.
Whenever I have had any questions, they have always been answered promptly either email or Discord. Literally can't fault them at all.

Brilliant switch from Aquiss to Olilo. All the suddenly the awful packet loss from Aquiss has disappear after migration completed.

You won't regret it. Wish I could have join this isp from the first place in January. But lucky me Martin from Aquiss has released me from contract so I moved to Olilo. No regrets.

Absolutely fantastic ISP, ignore all the 1 star reviews, these are just nonsense. Getting setup was ultra smooth and since then service has been completely seamless and I joined their discord where support is available 24/7. I had an issue at 9pm on a Saturday due to a power-cut and the issue was completely resolved by Sunday afternoon, I have never had an issue on a Saturday and fixed on a Sunday, the support is unmatched. The discord server is amazing, means you don’t have to sit on endless calls and the community is very helpful. The connection has been stable and perfect the whole time receiving the advertised speeds and Olilo is the only provider I’ve ever heard of thats offered mid contract price decreases. Top tier ISP.

Onboarding with Olilo was very easy and their team helped with getting the right OpenReach service. They worked around my schedule and the service was ready to use as soon as the engineer finished their install.

In my eyes, Olilo know what they are doing - as they state, it's broadband without the BS which is a statement I can literally get along with! Staff are super friendly and they are there to answer any questions you may have. The community is an amazing place to get support with so many different things. It doesn't matter what level of "Geek" you may see yourself as, because the community and staff will always be willing to help you learn! From personal experience, my ONT (Optical Network Terminal) decided to just stop working 8 days after the install, and Aydan managed to get Cityfibre back out the next day to replace the ONT and get me back online - I don't think I would get that level of response anywhere else mind you! Communication is clear and I think it's certain to say that I have found THE internet service provider that blows the competition straight out the window!

Olilo is hands down the best ISP I’ve ever used. Pings as low as 3ms, consistently fast speeds, and honestly, the biggest “problem” is that nothing ever goes wrong. It’s so reliable it actually gets a bit… boring. Imagine that. 😄
The community is fantastic, and the support on Discord is top-tier. I mean, how many ISPs let you casually chat with the owners?
