Commande passée le 29 novembre et reçue le 4 décembre. Concernant le packaging, très propre digne de produits hauts de gamme. Mails reçus tout au long des étapes de préparation et de livraisons.
Site donc très fiable malgré des commentaires qui pensent l'inverse :/

Laser vert invisible à 10 mètres en plein jour.
La lampe warrior ne se recharge pas
A aucun retour du sav ni des mails de relance .
Fuyez cette marque. Même chez wish c’est plus sérieux.

Well after some frustrating wait for reply from Olight, they finally responded. I guess there was a long holiday in China but they should have notified customers with auto response to indicate this. Olight offered to replace the original batteries that had issues, that I had tried to modified but failed. I ended tossing the batteries in the garbage. Olight offered free replacements. I appreciated their effort to correct this situation. I will continue to buy their products as they are very good quality.

Je viens de recevoir 1 lampe laser qui ne fonctionne pas j'ai envoyé 1 mail au vu de tous les commentaires négatifs j'espère vivement 1 remboursements sinon une plainte sera déposée

Produits défectueux. Garantie annoncée de 5 ans qu’ils n’assurent pas. Réponse de leur SAV: vous ne l’avez pas acheté chez nous ( olight France) , non c’est vrai je l’ai acheté chez Olight « international », du coup ils ne veulent pas assurer la garantie, un comble!
A fuir si vous cherchez un’produit de qualité et avec une garantie viable et non factice.

I used to have issues with customer service in the past and shipping taking forever. The past year or so, they seem to have stepped up their game. Customer service has been great, I had a defective item and they are in the process of replacing it. Shipping has also SIGNIFICANTLY sped up. The website mostly works most of the time, but could still use some polish. If you can't get ahold of olight through email, try live chat. I've found that to be much quicker.

Though one of the products arrived, they've missed an item from my order and simply WILL NOT respond to any email or anything. There's absolutely no other way to contact them! There is a supposed number I found online but it is a dead number, probably just created for looks, I reckon. Customer service is absolutely shockingly bad, ie, completely non-existent!
You'd better just hope everything is exactly right with your order, or you're in for a nightmare.
After reading other people's reviews, yeah, seems these are a company to dodge really.
Aah well, I've paid with PayPal, so I'll get my money back.

Bought 4 flashlights on one of their sales. One did not work. Blamed me somehow. Would not replace. They sent me a replacement battery, still did not work. Sent me another replacement battery, it also did not work. Finally they said to send it back, which I thought was for a replacement. But no, they sent me the same one back. Sometimes will charge back up, sometimes will not. Now another one of them that I bought, the most expensive one will not charge up, after only recharging it 3/4 times.
They used to have a phone number, but no longer, email only now.
I will never buy another of anything from them. From now on, PELICAN flashlights only for me.

Article commandé le 25 novembre, toujours pas reçu un mois plus tard (27 décembre). Pas de réponse du service client non plus, contacté il y a 2 semaines. Je désespère de recevoir mes produits. Première et dernière fois.

I ordered a new Array 2S Headlamp from the Olight store. What Olight sent me was an already opened used Headlamp. Upon request they sent what they said was a new one, but it also was in a unsealed box unlike the two other new items that I received in sealed boxes. It is also interesting that I found the lens cover under the Headlamp's body instead of stuck to the lens. I wonder how they can send out supposedly new Headlamps when this item is back ordered until 12-30-22. Their customer service is terrible. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR RATING.

Ordered baton pro3. Worked great. Lost it. Ordered another. Shipped fast. I don't know about other people but I had zero problem on the site. Ordered what I wanted and it came in couple days. Expensive, yes. I dont mind paying for quality. I like the way it charges. It's tough and works as it should.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande de plus de 80 euros... Malgré plusieurs mails envoyés au service client, je n'ai à ce jour toujours pas de réponse !

Ont m'avait vanté les mérites de ces lampes, mais je ne le saurai probablement jamais.

À fuir si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent pour rien.

I had an Olighght S2R BATON II and it was awesome. But mine died. I contacted the company and got fast response. After a little back and forth we got it figured out and even though with errors on my end I was met with a complete replacement. Ellie with the Customer Service was very helpful.

Terrible web site. Does not work. Hard to navigate and points, awards, coupons hard to figure out.
Stuff missing from orders, can not get any answers from anybody, there is no customer service.
Not cheap, intresting, well made, but order from somewhere else. Pay More, but stick to American products with customer service.

This is just an LED flashlight/torch. The technology has been around now for more than a decade and this thing is no brighter than LED torches you can find on ebay for $12. Overpriced. Don't waste your money

Just checked out the web site after seeing a promotion. The web site is terrible. It's really annoying to navigate, and just doesn't work properly. None of the knives are UK legal. I'll shop elsewhere.

Yep, oddly enough, you can't checkout with Paypal. It locks up and then automatically cancels your order after the timeout period. My credit card was temporarily charged but immediately refunded when the payment did not finalize. I made new order using my direct credit card. We'll see if my order shows up. Who knows. I do like their flashlights products and have a few WPM Lights but I bought them from other vendor sites.

Received a defective new Marauder 2 light from Olight online store. After charging the light it would not turn on, after minutes of trying it turned on, but the brightness could not be adjusted. I tried contacting Oligh (2 calls/voice mails, 2 emails, 3 submissions through their website) it took them 2 weeks to respond with a generic email. Now they are making me jump through hoops to get a replacement for a $300 flashlight. Horrible service, B rating through BBB, do not buy.

Absolutely Chinese crap that takes forever to ship. Run don’t walk away from this seller.
