Ogi is Wales’s leading alternative network provider, installing a Gigabit-capable digital network in towns and villages across south Wales. It’s next generation stuff, giving local families and businesses great value ultrafast and ultra-reliable services, from a talented local team.

Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.

Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.

Beware

Beware. I was a customer for two years. I left ogi after my contract expired as they were not the most competitive and I had issues with the internet dropping out and customer services always took days to respond. When you leave ogi they send you a Jiffy bag and collect your old equipment they gave you ie router etc. I did this and they have charged me £80 saying I didn’t return an item when I did, clearly a scam to take your money beware and go with another reputable company.

Comminication with customers would go a long way. Switched off my internet yesterday due to non payment from 2024. Which they returned. Only just informrd me 15 months later. Cant get hold of them until monday its ridiculous. Ill.be leaving asap

Fabulous Install Service

Simple from the first call to change to Ogi. Updates were good. Simon and Ashley turned up when arranged, did a quick clean job and left with a smile. Couldn’t ask for better

Top job

We had Ogi installed today, switched providers due to price increases.
Ogi offered good deals, so we have decided to go with them.
Simon Davies and Ashley Dean did a superb job from start to finish. Drilled and fixed equipment, no mess. Everything explained clearly. Both very polite and professional. Thank you!

Cassie was very helpful

Cassie was very helpful in fixing the connectivity issues I was having with my router. Very patient & friendly.
You only know how good any service provider is, when you have a problem that needs to be fixed.
5 stars today for OGI.

Ogi is an absolute mess of a company

Ogi is an absolute mess of a company. They wrongly charged me after we left them due to ridiculous price hike. They ignored emails, their customer service department and correspondence all said different things. Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t go near them.

I am a previous ogi customer (left them in August 2025) who was waiting for her Jiffy bag to arrive. As this is what it said would happen on the invoice they sent me.
This didn't happen. I incurred charges.
I phoned up. I spoke to someone who said that this is not what ogi do now, so they arranged a pick up of the equipment by DHL. It was picked up last Wednesday.
I was told that any charges would be waived then.
Instead I got correspondence from a debt collector that Ogi has passed onto them that I owe money for holding onto the equipment.
My complaint was ignored by Ogi. Every email I sent. Finally got it sorted out on the phone with them. No apology just an email saying my account was now closed and all their dishonest charges gone. With a ‘sorry you felt the need to make a complaint’ After the stress they created that’s a rubbish response.

It was worth the wait!

We had our OGI fibre broadband installed last Thursday, and it's excellent.
The engineers attending, Adrian D, and Iestyn W were first class, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

All round very happy Customer.

I'd lost my WiFi signal after getting a Smart meter fitted, as my electric had been turned off. Spoke to a very friendly, knowledgeable lady who talked us through rebooting the system. Call was answered extremely quickly. After around a 8 minute call we were back up and running. Very happy customer.

Been amazing from start to finish

Been amazing from start to finish. 100 times better than sky! There was an issue with the line on installation, but their engineers fixed the issue the following day. Kept me in the loop all through the journey, amazing aftercare. Very friendly and helpful customer service staff, Cassie was great on the phone.

The engineers Simon Davies and AshleyDean arrived on time and were very helpful. They made sure I was connected to the app and showed me step by step how to use it and connect my devices.
My whole experience with OGI start to finish has been extremely good. I would highly recommend them

James came today to install my WiFi. Everything run so smoothly he was on time professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company. Happy with my overall experience so far.

Problems connecting devices to the internet after being away

Could not connect to the internet on many devices.
Ben helped me out. In no time everything was resolved.
Ogi have been a godsend after years with Plusnet, having problem after problem.
We've been with Ogi since 2023. Only a few problems have occurred , and have been solved speedily and professionally.
We would highly recommend this 'local' Welsh company!!
