Call was answered immediately. Got a lovely fella called Ollie who was very chirpy and easy to chat to. He was very helpful and did all he could to assit me with my issue. I left satisfied. Only little thing id say is please change the rubbish music when a customer is on hold lol but apart from that great customer service. Thanks

Just had mine installed
Just had mine installed, lovely company to deal with.
Real people on the end of a phone, not reading from a script, but the kind that have a chat whilst still sorting things out for you, for me, that’s a big gold star…
Installed within a couple of days, not weeks!
The lads that came were smashing!
Same again, “real people”, chatted away but still cracking on with the job. No mess, no fuss.
Kind, courteous, offering help throughout the installation, and same again before they left..
Another big gold star from me, absolutely recommend them…

Renewing contract
I tried messaging fibrus but that didn’t go to well so I rang and spoke to Graham on the phone and problem solved . Sometimes it’s good to talk 🙂

Zero customer support
Sales rep neglected to explain there would be no tv package and installers only cared about doing the install. So Fibrus very happy to leave myself and elderly parents with no tv. Installer said ring sales rep. Sales rep told me to ring head office. Head office said nothing to do with us. Basically figure it out on your own!

Darren connected my new upgraded eeros quickly and resolved the issue. Very professional and so helpful sorting everything out to make sure all was in order for renewing contract. Thanks Darren 😀
