This is not a NZ company. The address in Farnham St, Parnell is FAKE.! I went there it a a different company. This crowd of scammers is based in India and are just onsellers who or source product from China pretending its from NZ which a huge market up. When you seek a refund they tell you to post it back to China.!!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent purchase from your company. As someone managing Multiple Sclerosis, I came across research indicating that high-dose vitamin D supplements may assist in maintaining remission. In my search for a reputable New Zealand company to provide a quality vitamin supplement, I chose your brand based on its perceived credibility.

However, upon inquiring about a delay in shipment, I learned that my order was sourced from the United States due to difficulties in obtaining the vitamins locally. Moreover, I was surprised to discover that the product is manufactured in China, which was not disclosed prior to purchase.

This experience has left me feeling disappointed and misled, as I expected to receive a local product that met my needs. Consequently, I would like to request a full refund for my purchase, as I will not be using the product any further.

Fast delivery

The entire experience was hassle-free from ordering to delivery. Delivery expectations and updates were spot on and had no worries about whether there would be any issues between the product leaving Los Angeles and arriving in NZ. Thanks

I ordered three tubes of a special cream but only received two tubes. I sent an email asking for an immediate response. It took a few back-and-forth emails, but finally, I was sent the third tube of cream, which I was very happy about.
I wonder how the person dispatching these items could have made the error in the first place.
Yes, errors occur, which is human nature, and rectifying them promptly certainly helps. I must commend the customer service person, who was well-mannered, apologetic and respectful.

Once it was with DHL, I could track the item from USA to my letter box.

I bought a 4 pack of stuffing, and only received 1 box. I called them and they told me I needed to email a photo. I emailed a photo and didn’t hear back. Called again and got voicemail multiple times. Never got a call back. Finally got them on the phone again and they told me to resend the email which I did. And again never heard back. So I now have no replacement, no refund, no contact back from them, and not enough stuffing for my thanksgiving. Waste of 80 bucks. Do NOT order from them. Scam.

Ninelife must tell the customer if the goods purchased are in stock or not. Therefor the customer has an idea of delivery time

I bought 4 jars of mulberry jam on 9 Nov , and contact them about where is the order, no answer from Ninelife since then. I start to think if this shop is a scam?

BECAREFULL
I bought a Full Body Massage Mat with Heat, Electric Vibration Heated Shiatsu Back Massage Mattress Pad, Full Body Massage Mat for Neck and Back Thighs Legs
I paid $525.95 for it, when it arrived it was package out of Chine. The remote control is labeled in Chinese and very hard to understand the functions. I bought the mat from a NZ company hoping to get a good Kiwi product but instead paid over $500.00 for a Chines knock off. Do not support this website
