My poor elderly mother brought a light from Ninelife New Zealand which was not suitable due to having arthritis in her hands. she wanted a refund and was told she could return it but at her own cost so she got the address to find out that she had to post it back to America @a cost of $160.00nz dollars so please be warned Ninelife NZ shopping experience has caused a lot of stress which is why I would highly recommend NOT shopping from them at all. She is now out of pocket of $260.00 and can’t use the light at all because of her hands. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I received the product quite late. It was only until I called the support team that they informed me it would arrive a bit late.

Disclosure, I have not dealt with this company but i was about to purchase before I read the negative reviews here. Glad I did read these, because I did more research and discovered the exact same sports massage device (brand and model) that was on NineLife NZ sells in the US for $200 cheaper than priced on NineLife NZ! That’s a massive markup, and shipping would have been on top. So, shop around

Once there, the website was easy to navigate, there were other items I'm keen to buy and the payment process etc was straightforward and quick. I'll be a regular customer going forward. Thanks.

Easy to purchase, great communication around shipping and tracking, overall great experience. One constructive comment - the boxes were damaged on arrival so would suggest more robust packaging for shipping as items are expensive and shipping was charged additionally to product.

We experienced initial delays in shipping of the hearing amplifier, but when finally able to contact NineLife via the home website's chat assistant, the shipping was re-routed and finally arrived. The unit is exactly as specified, and simple to operate, enabling elderly mother to engage in conversations again after years of struggle with deafness. I would recommend that the addition of a small LED that lit when the unit was switched on would remind mother to switch off when not in use. The unit is directional, and limited range, but latter probably helps cut out too much background noise. Overall, with headphones, a good unit for an elderly person who could not cope with small in-ear aids.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. This is not a NZ company even though address is in Auckland, NZ. They are based in India. Can't get through to customer service. Order put through two weeks ago and counting, nothing received. In meantime, getting multiple emails from suspect accounts about my order, wanting further payment.
