Easy to use the website, good up-to-date info about my order, good prices and fast.

The supplements I have to have after my bariatric surgery are great & I was relieved to find a NZ company to get them through. My only criticism would be how long it takes for the shipment to arrive. At least 3 weeks for the last shipment which meant for at least a week & a 1/2 of not having my multivites which isn't good as my body can't store nutrients anymore.

This is a scam, do not buy from this company. Still waiting for my order to be shipped. Their email replies don’t make sense. This is not a legitimate NZ site!

It's incredibly misleading that nothing sold by this company actually comes from NZ. I have asked multiple times where my order is, as I had not received any tracking/shipping notification after three weeks, but they can't tell me where it is, or if it's even been shipped. So disappointing and a complete waste of $100+ on a Christmas present that never arrived.

I ordered a simple electronic product as a Xmas gift. 9 days later it was still being 'processed' After 12 days they told me it would be despatched in the next 48 hrs. That's 14 days to take an order and send it. Mind numbingly incompetent and I will never deal eith them again

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The product description on their website clearly mentioned 30 bulbs of taro, but the title said 6 bulbs. That’s already confusing, so I tried reaching out several times to clarify before ordering. Unfortunately, no one called or replied to my messages on time.

When the order finally arrived, I received only 6 bulbs — not what was described. I contacted them again, explaining the issue, but their response was to offer a 25% discount voucher for a future purchase instead of fixing the problem directly. I made it clear I didn’t want a voucher or to place another order; I just wanted a partial refund or a proper resolution. Even after that, they didn’t handle it properly.

Overall, this was a frustrating and misleading experience. The product listing needs to be corrected, and their customer service should take responsibility instead of offering unrelated vouchers. I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless they fix these issues.
