Do not recommend.
They are not a NZ based company, it took two months to get the product only to find it failed after one use. They offer no service to have the pump checked or repaired, and they offer no returns. Their products aren’t cheap, but they offer no support or follow up. A very expensive mistake and I wont be repeating it with this company

The pills work
The pills work. That's what matters. I bought 6 bottles in January and lost over 20 kilos. I stopped dieting for a couple months and restarted just recently. I have lost 2 kilos in 10 days approximately . I used to be 108.5 kilos. Now I'm 82.40!! I'm also 57.

Misleading web site and incredibly slow shipping
Uses a .nz website address misleading customers that they are New Zealand based. There delivery times are atrocious I am still waiting for my order 18 days after making the order. Tracking shows it is probably still 4 days away from delivery

Raised toilet seat handrails and adjustable height.
The raised toilet seat with handrail and adjustable height is a great product at a very good price. I was impressed that at time of purchase, ninelife gave the projected delivery date which was adhered to. I can fully recommend ninelife and this product.
