The website is made to look like it is a New Zealand based company despite being US based. No information during the purchase process to show that the products are being shipped from the US.

The reason I purchased from what I thought was a New Zealand based company is to avoid lengthy delivery times.

Misleading, and deceptive.

Trust is important
Before I complete my review I do need to say this company has no New Zealand connection/brick and mortar despite advertising an office in Auckland!
But that is the only bad news….after discovering NineLife was based in HK I really didn’t expect to even see my order, or if I did it may not be the product I thought I ordered.
I was so wrong. They delivered early and the brushed brass grab rails supplied are excellent. The same grab rails are upwards of $300 here but I paid $68NZD!!
Well done NineLife…now do the right thing and do away with the fake New Zealand address. Your business can stand well on its own two feet

It was easy and the package arrived in a decent time.

Didn’t know my purchase is to be shipped all the way from USA and was concerned it may not arrived at all and items are costly. Glad that items arrived and was kept updated via text message and email through out.

So after sending me 2 x smashed sink/hob combos and REFUSING to refund me they today offered a voucher to choose anything from their website to the value I'm owed. I kid you not 2 x Toothbrushes $85, 1 x Toothpaste $80 and 1mt of Dental floss $80. This company is to be avoided at ALL costs

Since taking the sightcare pills, my eyesight was considered "excellent " by the optometrist on my last visit. I am 83. Thanks
