Site poses as Auckland based. 110v input power
Site poses as Auckland based. Purchase sent from New York, to Germany, then 15 days later delivered. Device has 110volt inputs - useless in NZ without a step-down transformer from 240v.
Additional: Device has only 2 rubber feet when there's meant to be 4, so doesn't even sit straight. Has the alternative of extended legs, but they are so poorly positioned that the device doesn't even balance on those legs. Just how hopeless can this thing be???

Useless voucher
They gave me a voucher to use at checkout, it's IMPOSSIBLE, it's their problem so why can't they just replace the smashed up item in their time, I've spent hrs trying to resolve this problem. I implore EVERYONE to avoid this company, it WILL NOT end well

Totally misleading
Totally misleading. They ship from the US. Just a front NZ website. Delivery they tell me now after chasing takes 3 weeks! I hate this BS. I could have ordered cheaper and had faster delivery from Amazon. I hope it arrives.

Ninelife NZ is not legit
I checked with you nz.trustpilot.com. the company Ninelife.nz is not in New Zealand as advertised. They have negative reviews and don’t answer phone calls. I will cancel my order through my credit card company. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Facebook.
