purchased a spice rub from Ninelife and was told via email that the price was for 66 units as per the ad on the ninelife website. $166.00 total for 66 units. Even after confirming with them multipul times that they would send a case they only sent me one container not 66. I can buy one unit elsewhere for under $20 so thats a markup of over 800% more than normal retail price. I just looked at ninelife website and they are selling the same product for between $92 and $350.00 (usually they are under $20). they are charging over 1750% more than retail on the one unit if you were to buy it at $350. am waiting to see if they refund or if i have to reverse the charges. DO NOT BUY FROM NINELIFE!!!! $#@%$#@ juST AN UPDATE. they did refund me but only after they noticed this review. Do not use Ninelife, they sell your info onto scammers. After this purchase my email now gets about 10 scam emails every day that I cant get rid of. F@$K you ninelife!!!!!

Excellent communication. I was worried my parcel had been lost in the post,but NineLife quickly followed up and could tell me exactly where it was. It arrived the next day.

My dressing has made an enormous impact on my comfort as I have a longstanding bedsore on my left hip.The dressing eases the discomfort when sleeping and stops the skin irritation I experience when not using the dressing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NINELIFE! We ordered an outdoor cleaning brush that was $386. The only thing that turned up was one head. They didn't reply to emails sent over many weeks and the person I spoke to on the phone hung up when I asked what their name was. I didn't get any action until I wrote a bad review on trustpilot. They have now thankfully supplied the item but I will never buy from them again.

Bad company they sell your email to dodgy websites and what they sell as products is from amazon.

Please DO NOT order anything from this company. I ordered x12 of a product and received 1 - I was charged just under $100 for one small packet of the product. They refused to refund me my money only to give a discount on any future purchases - I will not be making future purchases. There was no packing note on the order and I was contacted multiple times by customs trying to get information on what was in the package. I thought the item was coming from within New Zealand and it was sent from USA where the product costs around $4 each. Added to this, I used an address I had not used at any time previously and then began receiving multiple emails from multiple different courier companies asking me to hit a link to provide more information or to track my parcel. These led to spurious websites - Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company - they are fraudsters.

Update: so after requesting a refund multiple times and being told no, I would only get a discount on my next purchase (as if!) I then submitted this review on Trustpilot - I immediately received an email apologising and giving me the refund I had requested. They hope I will retract this review - which I haven't. I would like to reaffirm my warning to anyone ordering anything from this website - to date I have received 9 emails from different fraudulent shipping companies quoting the reference number for this order. The only way they could access this number, my email, my address and other contact details is if this company provided my details to them. Perhaps this is a side hustle for generating $$ - beware and stay away is the advice I give to anyone considering any form of purchase from this company.

Waited more than a month for delivery. When it arrived the turnable disc mentioned in the Handbook wasn't included. No link to your customer service site, or information about how to access it. No information re. guarantee, or advice whether guarantee given or not.

I was under the impression this item was being shipped in New Zealand not the USA. would never have purchased it had I realised. It wont be here for weeks via DHL Ill have to get one locally.

I couldn’t fault the service and the only slight downside is that it took so long to get here. I wasn’t sure what country it was coming from and what the route was. Had I known I wouldn’t have got anxious about delivery. Great product, well done
