I called to delay my shipment and Nichole was very helpful. I've enjoyed the product and had good results, but often neglect to take it with me when traveling, so I have some extra and didn't need this month's auto-ship, but she sorted it out with no issue.

Nae made my day! She let me know about common mistakes when using the product (which I was doing) and sent a free moisturizer to help combat my dryness issues. Took less than 10 minutes but i left more informed and more confident about this brand. She was awesome, hoping for good results.

Sheila was very friendly and personable. She helped me place my order and even found me a discount! She also postponed my kit shipment. I have never had a bad experience with their customer service.

Nichole was very helpful. I called regarding some confusion with the payment/shipment setup and she was very kind and polite in explaining to me. I do really enjoy my Nava product, I just don’t need to use it that frequently, as I have sensitive skin. I’d like to see some way for the user to be able to delay or postpone a shipment on the subscription via the online platform, and also email notification that the product is going to be billed and shipped. I’d feel better in control of the experience. If she hadn’t been so helpful, I was going to consider canceling, because I didn’t want to be billed for a product I’m not able to use as frequently.

I called to cancel my order because I was peeling so bad, but when I talked with Nae, she explained to me how retinol works and that it’s actually doing its job. I thought I was having a bad reaction 😂. I knew peeling was part of it but, I was sloughing off my skin! I was also applying the moisturizer incorrectly. Nae was so helpful and pushed back my trial date so I could have time to use it again. All I need to do is call to push back if I need to again! They are amazing!! She even hooked me up with a lifetime discount!! I am super happy with my Nava md choice!!
