Nava Md is the best when it comes to skin care my Tretinoin journey for 1 month is the best makes your skin glowy and flawless.

I have been trying to get my order took care of since Dec 17 and it took this wonderful young lady to tackle the problem for me .She went above and beyond her job of being a customer service rep she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with my results if all calls were That easily took care of as she did it I would be happy with all my calls if I have to call again I will definitely ask for Nichol because she was great if I could give her 10 stars I would definitely give them to her

When I did go to cancel it was very easy and the customer service rep Sheila was so wonderful. Wish every customer service agent was as nice as her.

I'm so grateful for Nichole today. She is a lifesaver!! I had contacted Customer Support via the contact form over a month ago requesting an address change as well as a change in my email address and nothing had been changed. Thankfully Nichole saved the day today and updated everything for me today. I'm so thankful she was there for me especially on Christmas Eve. I have a new shipment scheduled to go out any day now. Had to call costumer service concerning an issue and was helped by Nichole. This company has great costumer service, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Buying stuff online you never really know how a company is when is comes to helping you. Don’t worry they are easy to reach, nice and really care about your skin. Nichole represents this company well and they are lucky to have her. You can tell she cares.

Product was good, but I have too many expenses right now. Nichole was very nice and helpful when I cancelled my subscription. She offered me an alternate plan, but I still can't do that.

I originally called to cancel a current subscription, but after talking to Nae I decided to keep it. She asked me questions about what I was experiencing and offered a solution. I felt she was being genuine and not just reading a script in order to get me to keep my subscription. I appreciated the time and honesty to help me.

Nichole was a shining gem in a rough circumstance

I called to cancel my subscription, and I prepared myself for a very unpleasant experience. I thought I was going to be asked 1 million questions about why I didn’t like the product, and I thought that I was going to be sales pitched to try to remain a customer. To my surprise, the representative, Nichole, was very nice and very understanding.

She did ask me why I didn’t like the product, and when I explained my issues to her, she was very understanding.

My issues: I think I am developing melasma, and I’m not sure if the product is making it worse. I started to develop brown patches on my skin after I started using the product. However, I cannot be sure whether it was the product that caused the brown patches or if they were already developing.

Customer service rep Nichole was extremely helpful today. Very professional and super friendly!

Pros: Nichole in customer service was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and helped me cancel my subscription without any trouble.

It’s easy to get rx tretinoin and their subscription is convenient.

Cons: it’s expensive and I don’t fully use up the jars every 2 months. The moisturizer is okay but way overpriced. I think Olay and Neutrogena make better products.

Samylia was friendly and offered several options. She explained thoroughly what I asked and promptly executed my request. She was not pushy.

A+ service.
