My representative was polite and handled the issue quickly and in such a way that I was no longer irritated with the inconvenience. She ensured I was issued a refund and as a result I changed my mind and will not cancel my subscription

Great customer service! Shanika was very sweet and helpful. My skin has been getting VERY irritated after starting using the Tretinoin, so she explained the correct use and also sent me a moisturizer. My next Tretinoin delivery was pushed as well since I don't need the product for the next 2 months, so I'm super happy I got in contact with NavaMD! :)

I called in to to cancel my account due to not committing and using the the product on a regular basis. When I called I spoke to Shanika and she explained that I could actually extend my prescription for a few months and not be charged to give myself more time to commit to the product. She offered me a free moisturizer to continue my skincare journey and explained how to use it along with my prescription to maximize my results. I greatly appreciated her help and information. I called customer service to cancel my subscription just because I hadn’t used all the product by the renew time. The agent was able to push my date back which works out.

Nae was very nice and explained that it takes a few months to see results as I was ready to cancel. She offered a moisturizer for me to use with the product and helped me with the price so I’ll give it another month to see how I feel about this. Nae definitely was very nice and professional.

I called the Customer Service phone number because today is the day that I got billed for the subscription and I totally forgot about it and also I didn’t realize that it was so expensive, Nichole helped me right away and she was eager to make me happy, she gave me options as to lowering my monthly payment and helped me find an affordable price because I really DO love this product and I didn’t necessarily want to just cancel the membership.
