I called to cancel my renewal prescription with Nava MD because I thought my skin was too sensitive for the product. Sheila asked about moisturizer & we spoke about what kind, how often & the process of using Nava MD products. I decided to try Nava MD' moisturizer which Sheila was able to get sent to me free of charge & was also able to extend out my renewal prescription so I could re-try the products with the new moisturizer & new knowledge of the steps for Nava MD products. Nae helped me with my treatment and order status today - I was drying out a bit between product uses and have slowed my usage of the product. Nae re-confirmed the directions and also sent me a free moisturizer, and pushed my next shipment and payments back a few months to re-acclimate my skin with the correct instructions. So I came across this product on social media and decided to give it a try. I am currently subscribed to using the Trentinoin and I love it! Today, I called customer service because I needed to pause my subscription. I talked to Brielle and she was accommodating, polite, professional and very helpful most of all! I got no hassle for pausing my subscription- she even gave me options as to when I would want to resume it. In this day and age, you just never know if you're going to be able to talk with a live person, let alone a polite and professional one. My experience with the product and with customer service (on the phone and through email) has been great!

DISHONEST COMPANY
I signed up for what was promoted as a “free trial”, I was responsible for paying for shipping, and if I didn’t cancel i would obviously be opted into a subscription. What these scammers failed to disclose was that cancellation wasn’t as easy as initially promoted, and if you didn’t cancel the charge you for the “free” sample initially sent to you. Super dishonest, charge you $64 a month without sending you anything, and will not cancel unless you endure calling and survive the operators sales pitches. BEWARE!!!
