I called to cancel my subscription with NAVAMD. I only canceled due to skin sensitivity, I gave it a 2 month trial, and had to stop due to a rash. I have very sensitive skin, it had nothing to do with the product. Today, Nichole assisted me, she was great, thorough, and very accommodating.

Great product - I have the best skin I've ever had, at age 47! Nicole, the customer service rep. with whom I spoke, did a great job helping me reduce my shipments. Not as much is needed as the company seems to think LOL.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered the prescription face cream and everything went smoothly in regards to ordering. I've received two shipments thus far but I have yet to use any of the product! I called to cancel my subscription and spoke with Nichole W. Nichole was very nice, professional and a great help. I decided to go ahead with the cancellation and she was still so pleasant.
