The delivery was originally booked for a few days after you placed your order and we did email you to let you know. No one was there and he had to return with the goods. I then called and emailed to let you know and we organised a new delivery for you on the 22nd.

I am sorry you were unhappy. I can not answer regarding the phone line as I can not see your phone call. However, I can see an email on the 15th and I did reply within about 5 minutes to explain the time you mentioned was just our delivery time but I had ask our other warehouse to take the order and get it out to you. I have checked with the Courier and this was delivered the next day.

Shower Boards
Renovating my bathroom I used a number of well known companies for different items. From National Plastics I ordered probably the most fragile of items wanted i.e. showerboards, edging and connection strips. Out of all the suppliers I used, National Plastics was the only company that delivered my complete order in perfect condition and on time. The quality of the boards are excellent.
I would highly recommend National Plastics.

I have looked at your order and can see you ordered two different products and the colour did not match. We did offer to send out the correct product on our own van but you you had emailed to say you wanted a refund. I did explain that you would need to return the product before I could send you a refund.

The product was good
The product was good. Price was good. Communication could be a bit better. Unfortunately one item arrived broken by courier. I reported it and it was resent a couple of days late f.o.c. could have done with being told though.
All in all would use again.

Brilliant Company, helpful and will buy again when ready
They kept us in the loop from point of order about about delivery and when we had a confirmation that it was due for delivery they gave us the number for our local depot. We contacted them and they were able to confirm a day and time window. A lovely guy from the Plymouth branch called Tony delivered on time and off loaded everything as my wife was unable to do this due to a recent injury. He chatted away and was great even though he was uneasy about our dogs but we kept them in. We would definitely use this Company for the additional items we need going forward.

Martin had 8 panels to take off the van…
Martin had 8 panels to take off the van which was parked in a busy road with limited parking and in the rain and he brought them into the house(once inside I was able to help a little ) as I could not lift anything heavy due to my hernia.
Martin was very cheerful and helpful despite the conditions he made it easy and less stress as another delivery was going on at the same time!!
Much appreciated to the man I was.

I am sorry that your order from the 7th has not reached you. I did speak with you and chased the Courier yesterday. The order was ready to dispatch to you today but you left a voicemail saying you wanted to cancel today and this was done straight away and the refund supplied.
