Easy timing of delivery schedule
Placed order but wanted to ensure I was going to be in to recieve delivery. Phone to explain a very caring and polite lady sorted it all out by liaising with delivery folk. Simples could have been stressful so I'm very grateful and happy!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I recieved my order and unfortunately the panels were broken by the courier. I contacted customer services, who were fantastic and sent out a replacement order. They look great, and were excellent value. Would definitely recommend National plastics.

Damage to products
Damage to products.
Ordered 3 packs of cladding (12 lengths) and many were damaged. Luckily I only needed 9 lengths so I was able to get the job done by losing some of the damaged ones in the corner cuts. Couriers fault no doubt but this is my honest experience.
