Unfortunately all panels arrived with damaged edges during the cutting process - not delivery, as well with missing print/pattern.

Beyond poor experience. Had no updates from this company that my order had been dispatched or that it was out for delivery. Subsequently the panels arrived at my house when no one was home, so were just left outside. Upon inspection 3 out of 5 of the Zest Panels I had ordered were damaged. They had completely busted corners, with the damage running atleast 6 inches up each corner. But that’s not surprising giving the lack of packaging on each one. I got straight on to National Plastics to complain about the faulty panels, and sent them relevant pictures. They asked if I wanted a 10% refund or the faulty panels replaced. I felt the amount of damage warranted more than a 10% discount so I asked for my panels to be replaced. It’s been nearly two weeks since I logged my complaint and I haven’t heard a thing from the company. I’ve emailed multiple times, trying to chase them and I’ve just been ignored. I’m beginning to get very frustrated as I have tradesmen coming next week to fit my ensuite, and the panels haven’t been replaced.
Personally I would avoid this company, unless you can pick up your order from their store. The delivery updates were non existent, the packaging was not sufficient in protecting my order and the customer service is a joke.

I needed the goods ASAP as we had been badly let down by our builders so after ringing the helpline I did as they suggested and emailed my request for fast delivery and the goods were with us in record time. I found the helpdesk very polite and able to help me in my rather unreasonable request!!

I've been using National Plastics ( Ilkeston ) for a few Weeks. They always have the Materials and supplies needed and the staff are always friendly and waiting to Help

Although we had an issue with one item, they were so helpful and rectified it immediately and the replacement item was delivered the next working day.
