Use of the product
On receipt of my product I found it difficult to use as the pump did not fit on the bottle meaning that I had to sprinkle the fibres directly on my hair. Although this was not ideal the product itself did the job nicely.

Quite satisfied with this product which I have been using for a few years on and off as I have stress related hair fallout. Nanogen suits my needs very well at the moment so I’ve never tried any comparative product. This is the first time using an applicator to target specific areas of the scalp and a little practise is needed. The powder is so fine that I would suggest trying the puffer out on a piece of white paper first.
I have never had any problems with ordering online and delivery has always been within the given time.

Brilliant product I’ve used for years and just order a different shade as I change my hair colour. It blends so well and the fixing spray completes the feeling of confidence. I just wished they also did a solid form which could be applied with a sponge to hairline and root growth as other manufacturers do. That would be 5 star!
