Doesn't work and no customer service
The "fibres" themselves are like soot and not suitable for anyone with fine shorter hair. The examples they use appear to be mostly women who all have quite long, thick hair. The spray applicator just makes it worse, blowing the particles around.
I have contacted customer service twice to return for a refund under their so called "30-day guarantee but received no response. The only contact I had was to be put on a mailing list and to ask for a review, which I am obliging with.

The shampoo & conditioner have improved the feel of my hair already, although the result does not seem to last more then a couple od days, but it is only the second week!

Although I am unable to buy Nanogen Hair Thickening Shampoo for men in Boots (they only stock the ladies version) I can give them a call and this item is delivered in a few days by courier. For me, it is a great shampoo for my hair.

Product good, applicator rubbish
The fibres product is actually very effective, but I paid out for the puff applicator attachment and find it to be completely useless. A total waste of money. Just buy the fibres!
