But the company shipped the wrong colour twice, eventually got it right the third time . Customer service responded promptly each time , but that doesn’t make it less annoying. Hence 2 stars

Applicator
Hello,
I really like Nanogen hair fibres and prefer them to Toppik, but the applicator is a problem. I actually transfer my Nanogen fibres into an old Toppik bottle because its applicator works much better.
I know several other people who do the same, and some buy Toppik instead purely because of the applicator. It would be great if Nanogen could improve the bottle and provide a reliable, easy-to-use spray applicator with the fibres.
I thought this feedback might be helpful, as the fibres themselves are excellent.
